REVIEWS OF Four Corners Monument IN Arizona

Francis Burghart

Parking is kinda tough and the area definitely has an over marketing feel which I guess is a given since it's literally a tourist trap. Still neat to see and while it's the only place that has a Monument.....it is NOT the only place to stand on four states, nor is the site even on the actual state borders. If you go I would also recommend trying a panoramic of you at 4 locations

David Wallace

Neat place. Stand on 4 states at once. $5 entrance fee and lots of shops to buy trinkets. That's pretty much it.

Ondřej Růžička

Not sure if the parking price (5$ per person) is actually worth the view. At least I'd expect better looking parking lot or working toilets instead of portable toilets.. All you get is the monument with native americans selling souvenirs. Not exactly sure if I'd recommend.

emanuele bega

It is exiting to see four state in one time ! The place is in the middle of nowhere but with a nice view of an unlimited land with awesome colors !

Derek Bennett

Amazing place to visit. Mostly because of the unbelievable and amazing souvenirs made by real native American people.not all are pricy but so so worth it if you decide. The monument itself is kind of cool to think your standing in all four at the same time although it's not the exact spot

Donnie Chester

Just a place to say you have been there. Nothing out there but dessert. Pretty cool 4 states come together. They have Ben's set in square where the Indians sell there merchandise to the tourists. Middle of nowhere.

Jereme Scheffel

A bucket list item crossed off! Flew into Vegas and ended up driving way over here to visit. Highly recommend for anyone. Beware a $5 per person fee, and the Pit Toilets, but the area was clean, open, and the vendors were all very kind.

Rosilee Garcia

Loved it. I really enjoyed going to the different booths where the Indians had some really cool stuff for sale. Theyake this stuff themselves and its worth every penny because of the work and the love they put into it.

Melissa Lumbra

The beauty of this self driven tour of the monument was such an amazing experience. The pictures we took just didn't do any justice to the magnificent views we saw. If you ever get the chance I say go!! You won't regret it!

Paula Havard

Really cool. We bought a couple of cool items from some of the vendors and tried fry bread for the first time. It was a nice little stop on a long drive.

Eric Pitts

Roadside ripoff and detour. You have to pay $5 per person to go through the gate to get to the marker. Restrooms are pit toilets, there are quite a few native American craft stands that surround the marker with some nice jewelry and other items.

St Aubyn Garry King

This place is like way, way way out there. I love road trips so this was a good drive for me. The kids were not so much into it. I love the different landscape as I am from Florida. It was cool being able to stand all the different states at once. Did it, done.

Krystal Balls

We had a lot of fun taking pictures and looking at all the jewelry. There was a nice spot to park our 34 foot trailer. It was too busy but wasn’t slow either. They did have bathrooms and one place to get something to eat. Getting there in plenty of time before they close is crucial!

Sue Beal

Cool spot. Don't expect anything spectacular. Just a place to say you visited. Glad we stopped. Plenty of room to park our semi and trailer. $5 per person admission.

Stefan Kühnert

We went there again this year after our first visit back in 2007. You now have to pay $5 per person and there a lots more vendors there now. Also, waiting to take a photo is long during summer months now. However, overall it's worth to stop by.

Debbie Clarke

Beautiful. Does not have hand washing stations for the porta potties. Native American vendors have beautiful items for sale

Renee Garrison

Just the past 7yrs. They've made it into a tourist attraction. The little outside shops are nice. The cost to go see this place is 5 dollars per person. Just a little pricey for those with a big family.

Krisaundra Hale

$5 per person for admission and long lines to take a picture at the placard. It's a cool landmark, but there isn't much to it. Cool place if you are in the area, but not a standalone destination

Rob Combs

Cool to be able to be in 4 states at once, but well out of the way and nothing else around for miles.

J Brown

It is currantly $5 per person to enter. There are some nice little shops. Every one should enjoy the feeling of being in four states at the same time at least once

P. Wiesner

Geocachers, Chinese here! fun little spot on Navajo sacred land. A lot of vendors threw up and set up their Wares. We were there super early so we were actually there before a lot of the vendors even made it to set up shop. It's taking care of really nicely and it's me to go just to say that you've been there. The great thing about four corners is there other things a short driveway where you can go and do some sightseeing! You don't have to feel like you drove all the way out here just to see this and that's it. If you go to Arizona there's the Painted Desert, if you go back into Colorado Mesa Verde is close. This is definitely a recommended stop on any road trip or day/weekend outing.

Markus Kittrell

This was pretty great to see, only place you can go. The only downside was that there was a long line to be in the center however, there is a positive in the sense that there is organization. I was in a rush so took a picture of the four corners from a stand in between. I plan on coming back!

Sam John

I liked that they are reconstructing the place and how it's turning out. Maybe they could not take so long in doing so. Because thousands of visitors come here every year. They're is a $5.00 admission fee per person for going in. You will find art and food vendors on site. Ample parking is available, it may get busy at times. But it worth the trip.

Johnny B

Dont miss this.....4 states meeting at one point. Also, excellent Native American crafters around the monument. Bob Lansing's work is a MUST! A+.....highly recommend.

Trevor Hyatt

It was very busy on a Wednesday at 3 pm in July . Huge line to stand on the monument and get a photo. Booths surrounding the monument selling souvenirs, crafts, and food. Big rocky parking lot. Would have been better if we had a chance to stand on the monument.

Sara Tremeear - Real Estate Broker

A fun stop on our road trip! Plus there's a bunch of booths with native Americans selling some really interesting things. You've gotta have a Navajo Taco on fry bread while you're there too.

Glenda Sturkie

The monument is fabulous located at the only spot in the USA where the corners of 4 states touch. Native Americans sell their jewelry and their crafts & pottery here! A great spot to get reasonably price hand made souvenirs! Enjoy!

Hanoch Raviv

Disappointment - nothing around in 10+ miles, unpaved road leading to unpaved parking lot with no cover from the high desert heat which was 90+. They sell some greasy food freshly made with nice lemonade. The craft sold locally looks appealing although not a favorite of such art

Shelley Johnsen

This is one of those places that if you're passing by, definitely stop and see. I would not make this a destination trip, as there are no services, hotels/motels or gas stations nearby. There is a Navajo taco truck and a Navajo fry bread truck possibly available. It is only open until 430 pm from Oct 1st til Spring. Indian jewelry vendors also on site. $5 per person to get in the gate. Children under 6 free.

Desert Living Photography

Four Corners is an iconic spot in the middle of nowhere. Folks like to sit on the point where 4 states meets for a photo. Not sure why, but they do. It’s just a tiny little spot, so you can imagine what it’s like trying to get that photo when there are lots of folks wanting the same thing. But, since it is in the middle of nowhere, there usually aren’t a lot of folks. Just wait patiently, take your shot, and move on. Be nice.

Craig Bean

Great place to stop and take pictures. The native art work is spectacular. There are vendors that you can buy from. $5 per person over the age of 6 to get in.

Michelle Warren

Horrible experience. Do NOT recommend visiting - this is NOT part of the National Park system OR any other US site. This is a Navajo Nation site & the actual 4 Corner coordinates are miles away in a canyon. It is an incorrect …

Frank Pedroza

Quite disappointing, but I'm not sure what I should have expected. It's a completely arbitrary point of geography. Any historical appreciation was lost on me. We had to pay $5 per person to access the site. There were a lot of people waiting in line to take their photos. Sign says you can only take 3. I'm sure that's to keep the line moving. The monument is surrounded by an outdoor swap meet of trinket shops. There was no running water so that meant pit toilets. There was a new structure with bathrooms, but it wasn't open yet.

Brendon Ferguson

The idea of this is awesome but it’s $5 a person (we paid $30 for a minivan full of people) to stand in line to take a picture standing in all 4 states. It is just over-capitalized, paying money and waiting in a line just to stand at the border of intersecting states. At least you won’t be disappointed by the drive to get there.

Chad Konieczny

This is a unique chance to stand in 4 states simultaneously, but it was a little underwhelming. It was on our way from one place to another, so it was worth the stop. But there isn't much to see there and I wouldn't recommend going way out of the way. Our family of 6 had to pay $30 to stop for about 20 minutes and take some photos. It's neat... But not that special.

Jane Shoulders

This is a really nice place. It wasn't crowded when we were there. Nice jewelry selections and lots of souvenirs

Daniel Garcia

It's a nice spot to visit only if you are passing through the area; definitely not a destination. This is more of a tourist trap and bragging rights sort of thing as there are no nice views available from this specific location. The Four Corners marker is surrounded by small arts and crafts stands, thus if you're interested in that this is definitely a good spot to shop some variety. As I mentioned before, if you're on a road trip and are passing through and have the time, consider visiting, else skip it and make better use of your time by visiting nearby scenic or cultural locations such as Mesa Verde National Park or Ship Rock.

Ken Scofield

Neat place to see. Worth the price. I'm glad I could take my kid there. One of many places in this country to build memories.

Kenny Kretz

Some people may think it's funny to pay to stand on some concrete where four states meet. I think it's a nice site to see. There are also a lot of local Native Americans that come and sell some of their crafts. Be in four places at once and you can also explore some of the surrounding area. If you're driving through in the road trip, it's definitely worth stopping and taking a break.

Rod Sutton

Huge line up for a cheesy photo op, but that's why we went. The vendors around the monument were interesting. You pay to get in here and there's not much there. If you expect that going in, you'll be happy.

Timothy Lee

It is definitely in the middle of nowhere. They are improving the monument by adding new restrooms. The monument itself is kept very clean, but the parking area is littered with....litter....overall it is a nice place and a lot of the Native American art is stunning

lissette nunez

It's nice. If your looking for alot of pictures tho u only get 3 per group so they can keep the line going. Also the price is per person not vehicle like most places. So come prepared

Alyssa Ziemba

What a cool experience! Four states coming together. $5 per person to get in, which can be pricey if you have several people in your car. Not quite sure it's worth $5 but then again when would you ever experience something of that nature again?! Great little place to get a fry bread taco and I do suggest you try one if you haven't already.

Natalie McComack

Cool location to check out, I suggest taking a picture first because the lines add up, both times I was here I was lucky to beat the line. Stores along each side, a lot of the same things, just about looking for the right price. It's only $5 per person it get in. You can learn so much here from the natives very unique items for sale. It's pretty hot here so make sure you dress the part. When you show up with gps on it will welcome you to each state!

Ronald Smith

This was on my Bucket list. I wasn't expecting all the vendors though. Everyone was nice and friendly. For some reason, I thought this was part of the National Parks. It isn't, so your Senior Pass will not be accepted. Only $5 per person.

Jamie Knickerbocker

It was neat. Not as glamorous as I had pictured but it was still pretty cool. The shops around it were swell but they seam to sell all the same stuff.

Dillon Slaten

Great place for memories. Great vendors lots of jewelry and other hand made things, made by the Indians. Four corners Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico.. oh and try the Navajo fried bread and tacos!

Rachael Scace

The park is privately owned and ran by the Navajo Nation, therefore it is $5 per person to enter. National Monument passes are not accepted. This is a small price to pay to see and interesting landmark, and expansive landscape. You can go right up to the four corners marking, just be courteous and take your turn. I did not expect the amount of Navajo vendors which was fine with me, for authentic souvenirs of the land and culture. They are more than willing to discuss their craft with you and take pride in their work.

Susanne Harrison

Definitely a place to stop and take some pictures so you can say you've been there. We went on a chilly, gloomy morning so there wasn't a lot of people. There are vendors with cool stuff too. Don't over think the technicalities of where the state lines actually are and just enjoy the only experience like this in the US.

Daniel theNerd

$5 per person to get in. Total tourist trap. Really hot, no defined parking spaces. Souvenir shops are reasonably priced. Have to stand in the hot sun to take pictures. All the other tourists are getting from being in the sun.

Darrin LeManton

Must stop and see, buy something, to help out, beautiful jewelry and other hand made items. This place and the Crazy Horse monument should receive federal funds. They give our taxpayer money to illegal immigrants, why not the original Americans of this country???

Joy Pierce

Unique being able to step in more than one state st a time. Many Indian vendors with lots to admire

Tracy Sensenig

It is one of those things you just have to do. Line moves quickly everyone is courteous and kind to one another even in the Blazing Heat. Vendor stalls set up around the perimeter with souvenirs t-shirts magnets special Four Corners jewelry. Don't forget to grab some fry bread and a snow cone on your way out

Robin Binkley

It's not anything like I thought it would be. It's a monument with a dirt parking lot. $5 per person to get in. And there's little booths all around the square all selling the same stuff. It was very disappointing. No food or beverages. A long line to stand in the middle of the square so you could take a picture. Almost all of it was jewelry. No blankets or pottery.

Ms. Anderson

This is definitely worth the drive and everything is nicely laid out. try going in the morning or towards closing to avoid the heat of the day and avoid the crowds. We were here at 3 and only had a little bit of a wait to take pictures and everyone is nice about it and took their turn. If you like roadside attractions and unique destinations this is worth the drive. This is funded by donations and a minimal entrance fee to the Navajo Nation.

Joyce Gardiner

I would give it a 0 if I could. We drove 150 miles out of our way to see the marker and it was CLOSED! The web site said it was to be open until 6:45 pm. We were there at 6:08 pm. It should have been open. And why should it ever be closed! Anyone should be able to see that marker at any time. I believe the US Government put the marker up. Years ago I went to see it and we did not pay. If you want to have a store and sell things or a restaurant and sell food fine...but don't close the marker!

Jacqueline Jones

This is a neat stop that was on my bucket list. Nowhere have I seen that there was a $5 per person entry fee which is a little steep for a simple stop with No facilities in my opinion. It is pretty and picturesque. They do have rude signs telling you to limit the number of photos you take. In some ways it reminded me of the Caribbean Island stops- the monument is surrounded by sales booths. Overall, Everyone was polite and I was glad we added this to our trip.

dlasea .

I have to say the ride from Albuquerque is gorgeous. We went the back way through small towns and Pueblos. The monument is located in the land that God created. The views and lands are are amazing. There is a charge to enter the monument area. That’s where the wonder stops. It’s all dirt and only portapotties. The “ toilets” hadn’t been emptied or cleaned since Adam and Eve. Good thing there wasn’t a restaurant since I lost my appetite. Disgusting just isn’t descriptive enough. There is a time limit for standing in 4 states and taking pictures. The walls are filled with vendors who have t shirts and inexpensive souvenirs to beautiful high end jewelry and hand made native items. You don’t stay long but it’s worth the visit. Just be sure you won’t need a bathroom before you get there.

Steve Mills

We deliberately made our route take us by the Four Corners Monument. It’s a bit out of the way but worth the stop if you are traveling in the area. There is a $5 per person fee. Parking is a bit rough but they do have some handicapped access closer to the monument. The monument itself is well maintained and easy to access with ramps to all locations. The best part of the site is the Native artisans in the booths surrounding the monument. I had a great visit with a Navajo who was making arrows. He showed a small group each step and talked about how he learned the skill from his grandfather. That was well worth the $5 to get in and I bought an arrow from him to display at home as a thank you for his time and shared knowledge.

Dave Mcmanis

Awesome place to visit, plenty of parking! Local vendors everywhere here. Some very unique and beautiful hand crafted jewelry and gifts. Reasonably priced. Some vendors accept cash only. Very fun and scenic place to visit

Ezekiel Wellerding

The people all around the booths selling their wares, were all extremely nice and soft spoken. I did have pictures and video but unfortunately I lost my phone...

Maureen Terbeest

I've been twice, nice place to see. Needs to get more restrooms, the day we went we hijacked a men's restroom. Good food and some Indian jewelry.

Steve Speakman

Was here in the late 70's and the Navajos would back their trucks up in a HUGH circle around the monument and make and sell directly to you. Everything from fry bread to turquoise and silver to Navajo rugs. All handmade. Now it's like a flea market with all the tiny booths. Not sure the people make much of what they sell anymore. Not as fun as it was before.

Kris Heyler

Bring sunscreen, a hat, a charged phone or camera, and cash ($5/person to get in)!!! This place is awesome!!! May have to stand in line to take pics at 'the spot' depending on how many people there are, but the lines move fast and people are very friendly and will take your picture if needed. Lots of neat authentic vendors with various items for sale. Portapotties are plentiful. You can hike out or stay at the monument. Wheelchair friendly, but the parking lot is VERY rough and you need to go slowly to avoid bottoming out sometimes.

Catherine Sykes

The center monument is very interesting. People were very polite and lined up quietly for an opportunity to take pictures. For the most part people were very courteous and followed the three picture limit posted on a sign. Around the sides of the monument is one giant flea market of Native American souvenirs for sale. There are vault toilets available. Very hot and dusty in mid June.

3D Integrated Medical

It's very cool to think about putting a hand and foot in 4 different states at the same time. However, the line of cars, presumably filled with people of the same mindset (shockingly), made it less attractive. We decided to move along and let the others have their fun.

cavinoff usa

Neat little stop on the side of the highway. Stop and buy something from one of the native booths. It was very hot and rocky. I think it cost $10 or so to get in.

Luz Elena Recendez-Tabuyo

Best experience, first time here and no regrets at all, Indian art is so beautiful, good prices and excellent customer service!!!

Emily Bunce

Came to on a road trip, it was good, just like any other monument. Doesn't allow dogs though. And you can only take 3 pictures. Other than that it was just like any other national monument.

Yazeed Abu

It is definitely a bucket list item. The admission was 5 dollars a person you can take all the pictures you want. Plenty of gravel parking and bathrooms. Only one way in. The vendors are nice and pushy. Go take your kids enjoy.

Reggie JeanAbeValadez

Awesome I was navajo and not charged the 5$ pretty crowded did have to wait for pics to be taken was fun and loved the vendors

Justina Aguirre

It was very neat to be in 4 States at once. And the Indian market around it was amazing. However I highly suggest you walk the entire Market before deciding on what to buy. Some people are selling some more items at cheaper prices. Most people were very friendly and helpful.

Brad Coleman

Neat little stop along the way to something else. There is a cost to get in, and the line took about 30 minutes to snap a pic but it was a fun and funny thing to do so we enjoyed it. They have vendors there too with some Native American jewelry and trinkets.

Cara Johnson

It's an open air market of Native American jewelry, arrows, bone blades, horsehair pottery, etc. The monument itself is cute but takes a few minutes to see. Each side has a mini monument explaining the origins of how the point of interest came to exist. Personally, the best part for our family was the snacks (fry bread yum! snow cones etc) but the views outside the monument on all four sides are beautiful!! Enjoy!

Ken N

A fun place to visit and stand in 4 states at the same time. Unfortunately the Navajo charge $5 per person to enter on the only road that enters the monument. There are several vendor stands around the monument. Picked up a couple T shirts that were personally designed by tribe members.

Christian Andrew Moulton

I'm glad to support the Navajo Nation, but the lines were way too slow. This was not worth the time. Also, you need to know that this is going to cost you $5/person. There are some fantastic Navajo vendors there, and my wife found some inexpensive turquoise jewelry.

Tammy Kelly

First time there, but warning to you all, we payed to have stuff sent home but none of it ever came, they kept our money! It makes me said that this still happens in life. It's a shame that these people, even in a national park, can not be trusted!

Chris Long

It is a very cool place to be able to say you did it. Standing in 4 states at once is a very cool thing. We went in late June so if you go during the summer make sure you have some water because it's scorching hot out, and has very little shade. There are a lot of people and expect a line up to the area, where you feel kind of rushed to take a picture because there are so many people waiting behind you. There are native American goods to purchase surrounding the whole 4 sides of the monument. There is also a charge to pay when you drive in.

Donald McElreavy

Just to be in a spot where 4 states converge is unique. It was wonderful to see so many people come here in such a remote area in spite of the heat. We also loved talking with other visitors and the craftspeople there. Highly recommend!

Linda Evans

Blazing hot when we were there. Changed so much since late 60s....it really is a monument now. Don't miss the photo opportunity. We enjoyed it and the vendors. I suggest going in the morning.

Praveen Sethu

It was a different experience. It's so fascinating to be in a place where four states meet. Please do carry some cash with you. The entrance to the monument accepts all types of credit cards. However, some of the stores to buy souvenirs require a minimum of $10 or $20 to use credit cards.

Jeff Pesula

20 years ago when we visited it was free; now it is 5$US per person but definitely worth it. There are debates about the actual location being about 100 yards away, but it is a unique place to visit. 20 years ago you had to sort of climb up steps; now it is recessed and easier to reach (even if you have a wheelchair). The vendors around the marker are in nicer booths than before, and there are gifts of all types and prices if you are so inclined.

Mike Cameron

Nothing super special other than the obvious. I think it is worth the stop and there are a number of Native American vendors in seperate booths with some very nice items for sale. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful.

Matthew Brown

You are better off finding pictures of this place than going there. It is extremely out of the way in the middle of nowhere. You have to pay to get in. There are Indian gift shops that surround the monument. Then you have to stand in line to take a picture of you standing in 4 states. If you go here you will not ever return.

Tomas Salazar

Not too much to see just the monument and then you have to drive not at 40 miles to see you like another play So remind me to go to Cortez but other than that the truth is kind of nice because there's a lot of scenery lot of stuff so you can see a lot of Places to visit

Monty Mann

Kinda fun. Only $5 per person. Loads of craft booths all around the 4 corners centerpiece. Bring some $$ and support the local businesses. The roads getting there are a little bumpy, but I felt it was a worthwhile side trip.

Saralyn Voltz

It was good to mark it off the bucket list! Was a little surprised to pay a per person entrance fee ($5) but not bad. Vendors line the outside of the four corners area, many of which are Kelsey. It would be great to see some variety in there.

Cheryl Langham

The restrooms and water source were out of order so we melted, way out of the way from anywhere but worth a stop. The locals sell some handmade goods at each state. Ute Casino nearby, and address to all four states.

Michele Martin

Four Corners is literally in the middle of nowhere but it is a stop everyone should take if you are in the area. Where else can you be in four states at once? The states include Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah. You can also shop in all 4 states. There are craft booths in every state offering beautiful pieces of Native American jewelery. There is also a stand to get a quick snack that includes Indian fry bread. The challenge can be to take that perfect pic but be patient, everyone will get a turn!

Tim Travis

It's kind of cool to be in 4 States at one time and I'm sure it would be fun or to visit during the on-season it looks like they have booths for things so you can buy stuff there you know like the mementos

Brent B.

Come on, you gotta stretch and get a picture of yourself in all four states at one time. Its too cool.

Cindy Hnizdil

Been here as a kid many times growing up in AZ. It is a really cool place. They now charge $5 a person to get in. There are lots of souvenir stations surrounding the monument. Many sell same items for different prices. Suggest u walk all the way around then if u need gifts go to cheapest station. Some items r handcrafted but many are identical, mass produced items. Great place for kids to learn a little on the trip

Brad Alexander

During our drive from Grand Canyon NP to Arches NP we realized that going to the 4 Corners Monument only added another 45 minutes. I couldn't justifying not stopping. Entrance costs $5 per person in the vehicle. The monument is neat with plaques in each state that describe how the state was created. The place where you stand in all 4 states and take pictures is popular and there is usually a line. I hoped that getting there just before closing would give us the run of the place but there was still a short line. There is a sign asking to limit pictures/poses to 3 as a courtesy to others. There was a good system going where you take pictures of your kids, then the group behind you takes your family photo. All in all it was a good detour.

Lou Pliml

$5/person entry fee for people over 6 years of age. Its a neat stop, kinda out of the way but worth it. There are a number of vendors there as well for native crafts at really awesome prices.

Dave Lambert

Interesting place but I wish the tribe would put some of the money back into the infrastructure. The bathrooms and parking lot needs some attention.

Annette Reilly

I wish the little vendors didn't all sell stuff that I even sell and I am not a Native. I would like to see real native things.. it is a very nice place otherwise

Veronica Torres

The monument was better than expected, we had to pay $5 person which use to be free, and we were only allowed to take 3 pictures. There was about 20 shop stands but only 3 were open. The restroom were closed down so they had toitle pits that were disgusting.

Gideion

It was really cool, but they do charge per person, not per car. So, heads up on that. It's a little expensive for only about 10 minutes of pictures. Other than that it was a cool place to visit.

Troy Pattee

If you’re in the area it’s worth a little extra effort just to say you’ve been there. It costs $5 per person, so not too bad. It is walled off so you can’t actually see it unless you pay to go in. Kind of a tourist trap, but where else can you stand in four states at once?

Denetria Penfield

All the vendors selling the same exact thing. But the actual monument was cool. Don't think you should have to pay to be there though...

D Cas

Why not? This stop won't take you long and when will you ever be back by it? Great food trucks and nice shops around the monument. Easy RV access. And money goes to the Indian Nation. I know I have given mo ey to less deserving people and organizations

Shakara Gunderson

More fun and interesting than I thought it would be. About an hour before close on a stormy day was pretty deserted... so the line wasn't long. Bought a few souvenirs before the few vendors left got out of there quick because of the lightning and thunder rolling over head.

Bruce menning

As far as places where you can stand at the corner of 4 states at once this is the best. And the best selection of native American stuff ever. Bring money, they'll gladly take it from you.

Michael Broadhead

It was kind of different. The monument itself was neat but the bathrooms sucked as did the food venders $$$$$. They had venders selling different Indian jewelry and knives, arrows and different items. My wife but me a knife made from Buffalo bone and a copper bracelet.

Katie B

We went out of our way to visit Four Corners during a road trip just to get there at 6 pm and find out that they're only open until 5:50 (at least on Sundays), not 6:45 like everything I found online about hours told us. It was really disappointing and frustrating, especially because we went several hours out of our way to visit Four Corners. The next motels other than the more expensive Ute casino hotel are in Cortez, 40 minutes past the monument. We might go back in the morning depending on whether or not we get up early enough and whether we decide it's worth the 80 minute round trip. If you're planning to visit be aware that the hours listed online may not be accurate. 3 stars because I don't think it's fair to rate it really high or really low without visiting the actual monument.

Jon F

Small monument to mark the spot where Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico border each other. There are a few shops selling handmade Native American items. Interesting place to visit but there isn't much to do here other than take a few pictures.

Tamara Howard

It was a long drive to the monument with nothing to look at and then we weren't impressed. The locals said "it's no big deal" and it wasn't but I'm happy we went. There were very few vendors (alot of empty spots) but "Grandmas Kitchen" had fantastic flatbread! No need for a second visit

Price for not a ton to do is a bit much, but still a worthwhile visit. Very interesting when you really start to think about it. That manager Tagnela is just awful though. Who decides who is in charge of the four corners of the four greatest states in the USA? I would avoid her.

Tod Cowper

Great place for a quick visit. Where else can you be in four different states and two time zones! Shopping was great too!

Some very amazing & talented local artists here selling their artwork... I encourage folks to purchase from here & invest in raw talent! A few notes: as a spur of the moment travel idea I was not prepared to stand in a long line to stand on the spot where 4 states meet, especially not in the very hot sun & it was on a Tuesday! I was informed later that the line was short for Tuesday - only a half hour wait - it can get very, very long! Be mindful & move the line & adhere to the 3 photo limit! $5 entry fee is per person, not per vehicle. Here are my trusty stunt doubles demonstrating the 4 corners pic!

It's worth the stop if you are passing. It's a cool part of history and worth seeing. There's also an amazing Frybread shack on site too which does the best Frybread

The drive from Moab, Utah was long .. but beautiful landscape made up for the drive. Once we arrived at the four corners we were a little disappointed. Nothing much to do except stand in the middle of a medallion and take pictures, proving to your friends and family " you're at 4 states at one time " kinda cool

$5 per person to enter and see pretty much nothing.... BUT, the incredible and amazing artwork done by hand by the Indians on the site was well worth the price of admission.

To be honest, the Four Corners itself was not super impressive. It’s good and you can say you’ve been there. There are cool Native American shops to take a look. But the reason I gave five stars is because there are so many amazing places you will pass by to get to the Four Corners no matter where you are coming from. The road trip to the Four Corners was one of the best I’ve ever had!

This spot is awesome to stop at. It’s fun to stand in 4 states at once.

How cool is it? To be in four states at once. Just very very cool and a huge thrill. It's exciting to look at a map and see it but then be down there at ground level and just see it, is inspiring. A true bucket list item.

Marked this off my Bucket List in October 2017! I enjoyed visiting Four Corners and the various vendors situated around the monument. It was a very quick visit, the line for pictures wasn't too bad, but always someone waiting. Had to do the 'each limb in a different state' pose on the point where all four states meet. Very peaceful and serene surroundings!

This place was great. The only issue is the bathrooms are beyond gross, and the vendors are nice if your buying if not then you’ll get the cold shoulder, some where really nice tho.
