I just had two new front tires put on along with an alignment. Their mechanic noticed my turn signal light was not working and replaced it. You get what you asked for and a little bit more. I stopped using Les Schwab in 2007, because they didn't tighten a wheel on correctly and I got about 25 miles out of town and then the wheel started rattling. Wheels that have six bolts you have to pay attention to because they don't center as easily as wheels with only 5 lugs. So I ended up with Colville Tire. They've been excellent and cheaper to boot.

These guys are legit! Was able to order tires that their competitors (Les Shwab) COULDN'T order. Support a local family business AND DON'T BUY YOUR TIRES FROM WALMART, they don't love our community like Colville Tires do. #supportlocal

Drove new truck for about a week before taking it here for alignment. Within next week front differential failed leaving my family stranded. Upon inspection, differential cap was hanging open loose!!! Colville tires inspected and quoted us for "needed work " either they missed cap hanging or they left it that way! They also tried to drastically mark up parts on quote list, and charged for tire disposal which didn't happen. Got refund for tire disposal. Still fixing differential!

I visited this establishment from out of town when my brakes started to fail. I was given exceptional service. They happened to be celebrating their 20 anniversary at the time. They fixed my brakes for a very reasonable price, fed me, provided me with beverages, promotional gifts, they went way beyond the call of duty with my car. They solved many problems creatively and inexpensively. The woman at the front office was incredibly friendly and personable. The owner was very approachable and hands on. I came out with my tail light fixed, my brakes fixed and fed. They also shuttled me around as I needed a ride. They also many dollars less than all the establishments in the area. And fast! They took me in less than an hour! They are very well respected in the community for good reason. They care! Try them, I think you will be impressed.

I took my truck to them to check it out (it was pulling to the left) and see if it needed a frontend alignment. they bled the brakes (I already had done) and tightened the wheel bearings then they wanted to put all new brakes on the front before aligning the truck. (the brakes are almost new). they held my truck for ransom $94 for doing work I didn't authorize and they tightened the left front wheel bearing so tight I had to use a 12" wrench to loosen it! luckily I checked them or I wouldn't have made it home

They were the cheapest place in town, and scheduled me in right away. I called around for quotes and had asked a lot of questions.
