I had a nail in one of my tires that needed to be patched. They got me in immediately, patched the hole (that other places said couldn't be done and that I'd need a new tire) and barely charged me for it. The man who worked on my tire was courteous, quick, and friendly. I would definitely go here again and would recommend them to everyone.

Very pleased with Tire guys! Quick, affordable & professional! Jeffrey is calm, patient and composed, is reasonable, has affordable prices and works very quickly & efficiently! No BS! He gave me quotes for least expensive to mid grade, when I called other places for a quote they just gave me what seemed like the highest price ($690) and when I called Jeffrey his options were much more reasonable. He also demonstrated great patience as I had to call back multiple times, each time he dealt with me in a composed manner when most places become irritated. Once we decided on an option he ordered the tires, had them in the next morning and called when they arrived, went in and had them on in what seemed like 10-15 minutes!

Before I stopped at The Tire Guys I had just got a quote from another tire shop for over $800 telling me I had to change all 4 tires & needed this and that- I came here & drove home with a bill under $200. Being a woman the other shop tried to take advantage & when I came to The Tire Guys he told me what I needed, what I didn’t & gave me an awesome price! I couldn’t ask for better service! I’d recommend them every time!

This tire shop stands behind all the work they do. Even if you buy a used tire they will stand behind it for 30 days. If it goes flat they will fix or replace it for free. Prices are different for different size tires, so it helps that you know what size tire you need when asking for a price. fastest shop in town, first come first serve with no delayed wait times.

Wasn't impressed. Every total on my receipt was different than I was told on the phone. Not enough to make a stink over by any means, just kind of frustrating. The guy that helped did a good job... personality was just kind of off putting from the get go. *Updated: was trying to be somewhat decent about this, but this guy doubled down. I was a customer..it's under my husband's name and you know that. Just reading your Google reviews respinses shows what kind of a nice guy you are. Won't ever do business here again.

The experience was incredibly pleasant. I called to get a tire quote and the employee gave me wonderful advice and a fair price. I paid him over the phone, and he said he would call the following day when the tires came in. Following day, they called me, I went in, and in 25 minutes my tires were replaced and I pulled out of their shop. Very satisfied with the ease of doing business with these guys. Definitely recommend, and will do business again.

Ha first 5 stars for truthful responses. My boyfriend and I got fast and quick service. I wasn't shopping for customer service I was shopping for a tire and the tools to get it done. My boyfriend and I read these reviews and agreed now a days to many people are too sensitive. People make mistakes and have bad days but I can't say we had any issues as he was honest and fair in every aspect. Thanks for all you do honesty is a hard task for so many. Appreciate the quick and professional service you rocked. And saw your vehicle in back thanks for your service to thos great country as well. :)

Ok if you have a flat. No lift. Chinese floorjack and a bad attitude depending on what day you catch him. Checked the lug nut torque on vehicle and fronts were overtorqued and rears were were undertorqued with one literally only hand tight. I'll take compotent over fast any day.

my son took his pickup there to have a set of pre mounted tires balanced and put on the vehicle, he being a kid (17) was charged double what he should have been.The receipt said mount and balance and came up to 70$. There was no mounting involved, just a balance. I called and told them what i thought. I was not nice. He told me to send my son back down and he would refund him half the price. Whether he goes back or not is up to him. I will take my business elsewhere. I think taking advantage of a kid stinks. It might be your wife or girlfriend or your own kid. The owner needs that money and it will probably serve him well with his lack of a conscience.

I needed a couple tires balanced so my wife call a countless number of places around Rapid City and this place was almost have as cheap as every place she called, and I have to say the it was also one of the cleanest if not the cleanest tire shop I have ever seen. I'm sorry to say that I didn't get the owners name because he was very friendly and and fast at his job. I highly recommended the tire guys.

This was an odd experience for me. I had gone inside to ask if they can fix my tire and how much it costs and the younger guy there was polite and informative, but when I pulled up to the garage door the other man there ushered me in and told me to hurry up and that i was driving up there heating bill. When he asked what tire, I hesitated for a second as I tried to remember what tire it was and he said "Great, you dont even know which one.". Ill give it to him, I was very slow that day after working a 16 hour shift and dealing with the other details of the vehilce but over all this guy was fairly rude and impatient. They did fix the tire very quickly, taking only 5-10 minutes and I was out the door but I was not given any reciept or proof of payment. 3 days later im here at another tire shop as the one I had Tire Guy's fix is once again completely flat. I'm open to change my review should I discover that it was a user error that the tire is leaking again, but the shop I am currently at says it looks like theres no evidence of service to it at all as the rude employee can be forgiveable as long as I recieved the service for what I paid for. EDIT: If any potential customer would like a gauge of how rude, unproffesional and confrontational this business owner is, I recommend reading his replies to negative reviews. It's an entertaining little adventure.

Got in and out quick. Which was nice but the personality is rude. One man shop. Guy needs help with his lack of customer service skills. If we didn't need our tire repair at that moment we would have gladly paid twice as much somewhere else.
