I have been a loyal customer for over two years. They damaged my oil canister when changing my oil filter, when I took my vehicle to a new place they informed me to give them a call and see if they could reimbers me for the damaged part. When I called and informed them about my problem an employee insisted that it was not damaged by them and this problem happens all the time, then told me to call back when his manager was in. When I called back to speak to the manager, he then decided to inform me that if I took it to a trusted brother shop it would have been covered( after I had already put a deposit on the new part and pawned of by his employee). Oh! So now your admitting the damage was done and if I had been informed by his employee I could have got it covered, too late now....really bad customer service.

The folks at Hinson’s were fantastic. We were driving down the coast with our newborn baby and a part went out in our Subaru. They went out of their way to track down the (rare) part within hours and installed it very quickly. Couldn’t recommend more! Wish they existed in our hometown.

I made a quick stop at Hinson's due to a puncture while on a road trip northbound back to Canada. The folks at Hinson's provided superior service! The tire was too damaged to patch and they didn't have my tire size in stock, so they took the time to call ahead to another shop up the road to confirm stock and arrange an appointment. If I lived closer, they'd be my tire shop.

This shop rocks. I get my oil changed here if I'm in the area when it needs it. Have had other services here, too, such as alignments. Competitively priced, and can often walk in without an appointment, and not have to wait. Everything I look for in a tire shop, plus they do Smog checks.

We called up to get a price quote on two tires and we're giving a quote for $79 each so we went down to get the tires put on and they said we were given the wrong price and it was going to be 268 for 2 instead the service was good but I think we should have been given the tires at the price we were quoted.

My wife and I are passing through Morro Bay and snagged a nail in the front tire, we stopped in and a very polite serviceman stopped what he was doing, came right over, pulled the nail out, checked for any leakage, and luckily sent us on our way within TWO minutes!!!!
