Quite inexpensive, mechanics are very thorough but don’t pressure you like other tire and automobile repair shops. And fast too! I had two tires replaced and rotated. Couldn’t have been there more than 15 minutes.

I'm glad I didn't leave, once Ken arrived, everyone got busy. K was very helpful and quickly determined what I needed. When I came back, the truck was ready to go. No surprises. My old truck was ready to go. IlI' be back - great service and very friendly, helpful workers. About July 20th, the guys at the shop were great. Ken on the other hand stepped and worked the problem, gave great advice and got me out of there so I can enjoy the rest of my Saturday.

I was recomend to GAT from regular mechanic atFlash Auto and the best recommend the best. The price was unbeatable and I got road hazzard for my tires. Even if you have to drive far, call and tell them your coming. Grab a snack, a beverage and go. My old tires were way past due. And I'm not sure how much glory it holds but they have a hole there, when you go see if you can find it!

I found this experience to be one of the best in my turns at buying tires. They told me exactly how much time it would take and finished in less than that amount. The people were friendly and honest. The only thing I would suggest would be for them to hire a full time janitor. They need to understand that customers like to wait in comfort rather than worrying about stumbling over a discarded tire or a trash bins.

This place was an amazing experience for me. I had a nail in my tire and went to the Big O Tire. They told me they had to replace the whole tire and the nail was to close to the sidewall and that I needed four new tires they were bald. I went to Glen at Grand American tires, and they were able to patch the tire no problem. I was in and out in ten minutes. Bye the way the other tires didn't need to be replaced right away either. Nice to have a ethical, honest tire place. Thanks Glen.

I had them work on my Car which had been in multiple car accidents, the alignment was so bad to the point I was told it was unfixable. But, somehow they fixed it! they also changed the controls and new tires (with a big discount) And, not any fix mind you, I can actually take my hands off the wheel and the car still moves straight. But, it doesn’t stop there. I went back again for a different problem and they fixed it for free!!! If you go there ask for Kenny, I think that’s his name. He’s the tall white dude, that man is a god sent! Honestly, i’m still mind blown of how little I paid and the quality of work that was put in my car. I’m so grateful!!!!

The first time I went they were great. This time I went not so good. I asked for pricing and the man gave me two. One a bit higher than the other but better brand. I paid for the higher price brand and when everything was all taken apart he tells me they don't have the brand I paid for. Then he tells me, "don't worry, wellw pot the others for the same price" I tell him "those were cheaper" he replies only $2-3 so same price and didn't give me any kind of refund. I needed them so I got them anyway but never going back there.

Well they might have a good rating here, but I'll share my honest experience. I have just one honest word for them "CHEATERS" which will be proved by following details. I got my car alignment done here. When I brought my car to them, my tires were in a bad condition. They still did the alignment and gave me a 6 months warranty. I drove and the next day I found the car still moving towards left. When I took it back, they said its due to your tires. Now after some time I again found my car going towars left. Not knowing car stuffs, I consulted 3 other auto centres, and all advised me to get my tires changed first, as the car would again get dealigned due to tires. They also said they would not do alignment in this condition of tires, as they have some business ethics and would not do what is not ethical. Now I have new tires installed and also got my alignment checked and found it off. So simply I took it back to GAT(Grand American Tires) as they gave me warranty, but the tall white guy behaved in a very awkward manner, saying straight 'NO' and lied that the warranty was only 1 month and I would have to pay another $50 now. Let me just tell you something GAT workers. With this unethical behavior you lost me as a customer and also those several other customers, who I would give bad reviews about your shop. Look at the growth rate of companies like Amazon and learn some customer service lessons from them. Worst auto centre in the town.
