Stopped in after work to have a used tire put on my spare wheel before heading out on Christmas vacation as I didn’t want to end up stranded on the interstate with no viable spare tire. I have taken several vehicles on separate occasions to this place and the guy that works behind the counter that always wears a hat is flat out rude. He acts as if its an imposition to do any work on my car. Not to mention I took one of my older vehicles in, because it was overheating sometimes and after over a thousand dollars worth of repairs and the vehicle still over heating they told me that I had a blown head gasket. This info would have been nice to know before I spent 1400 dollars on it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MECHANIC.

Dishonest and reprehensible. They took $400 from me for work that was not necessary. When that did not fix the problem they wanted to do more work. With Parrish it is fix until we find it I guess. My car had the same issues when I left after spending the $400 plus a new one. I took my car for a second opinion and it was confirmed that the work Parrish wanted to preform was not only unnecessary but the work they did preform caused another issue with my brakes. I only hope and pray that someone does not take advantage of one of their wives, sisters, or mothers they way they took advantage of me by stealing my $400. Shame on these people. Shame on them.

I am only rating this as 4 stars simply because I always ignore 5 star reviews and I wanted people to see this post. The TLDR before I begin is that this is a trustworthy autocare shop that has simply delivered above and beyond my expectations consistently and I am so grateful to have them nearby. I am new to this area and just like needing a plunger didn't really put any thought into finding an auto service shop until I woke up with a flat tire. Not the end of the world for most but I drive a vehicle that does not come with a spare tire. I was able to hobble my way to Parrish where they were able to replace it in a crazy fast amount of time. This was a lifesaver and should have made me loyal forever. Fast forward to yesterday and I have another tire that needs changing out. I got a quick quote from Parrish, but since I am still new and clearly not loyal just yet I decided to shop around. I ended up back at Parrish, not only because they were close to 75% less than the next closest quote, but as an added benefit my car is currently handling like a sports car. It needed an alignment and was pulling to one side. I did not pay for an alignment from Parrish but I can drive in a straight line with my hands off the wheel with zero worries right now (I'm not going to but I could). It was pulling apparently WAY harder than I realized because it feels like the car is gliding now. The ride is so smooth! I am honestly speechless about this place! The service I received and the repairs they have done to my car are amazing. If you need car repair and don't want to have any anxiety about if they are quoting you honestly... trust me, a random guy on the internet who is more doubting than most, in the fact that these guys have earned my trust and that is seriously saying something coming from a cynical guy like myself. Thanks to all the Parrish workers for not only getting me back on the road but making my driving experience better! Also, hats off to the decent coffee in the waiting area.

Our car had a squeeking on the left front tire. We were told of a "car repair business" from a couple of locals that have lived in the Daphne, Alabama area. After reading some of the reviews on the shop ("Parrish Tire & Automotive") it was. This place is family-friendly; They were very busy; still they got our car up. The outstanding HONESTY we got from "Parrish Tire & Auto" was a first-class shop! There was some gunk that was causing the noise. 10.min later; My wife & I were shocked as this 5 star operation, they got the sticky off & we were out... Safe & impressed, all of our future car needs have a new home "Parrish Tire & Automotive" Thank You & we will be in for all our car needs in the future. Blessings Again & THANKS!!

Used Parrish Rental in the past when Robin was behind the counter. Quit using them because of ragged equipment that they would not discount or refund if it malfunctioned, not the mention Robin was a very rude guy. That was 6 or 7 years ago so I decided to give them another chance. Second rental was a ragged tiller that broke down before I even had a chance to use it. No refund or discount, and the guy behind the counter now is pretty rude, too. They are cheap and they do have small equipment that other places do not have, but rent at your own risk. If it breaks down they will NOT refund or discount the rental fee. You've been warned.

Saturday, July 22, 4:35 pm (shop closes at 5 pm on Sat.) - driving home from New Orleans to Pensacola, I-10 backed up, my truck's alternator goes out. I got to Home Depot parking lot before the battery completely died. Called Firestone, offered cash for charged battery and $20 to person who brought it. Per maps, I'm only 2.0 miles away, manager nice but per store policy he can't help me, lost a future custom. Called Parrish - dont recall names but he had a young man deliver and install a battery in 20 minutes. Didn't gouge me on the battery either. I got home safely, with minimal delay thanks to these guys. PS truck in shop at this moment. THANK YOU PARRISH for helping a stranger broke down on side of the road - based just on a phone call. Fine example of old school customer service.

Nobody's perfect, but I have been consistently pleased with Parrish's customer service. A friend helped take two of my cars in the same day and both were finished by the time I got off work (an alternator replacement for $350 and a cruise control malfunction that they unfortunately could only fix temporarily). I took one of those same cars back in for a brake pad replacement because of a squeaking noise and the cruise control malfunction again. They checked my brakes and told me that they were in great shape and that I didn't really need to replace them unless I wanted to and the brake pads were only squeaking b/c they were a cheaper brand. They charged me $0 for checking out both of these issues. Now granted they didn't really fix anything the second time...but I appreciated the free service. The only problem I had was that they didn't call to inform me that the car was finished, so I had to call them right before closing time. Small issues though, especially since they spent alot of time on my car and then charged nothing.

Clint was the "angel" who stayed along side us, until towing truck arrived, helped us got my Mitsubishi safely to their shop even after hours, and drive us to hotel. If I could leave zero I would. This review is from what I saw happen to a friend. She ran over something on the causeway that shredded two tires, sliced thru her transmission pan and in to her transmission. She spent $243 to get it "fixed'. They replaced one tire and put her donut on the other. Told her she would need a new wheel. When she asked them if they could order it, they asked her where they would get it from. As far as the transmission, they used welding glue. It held nothing. They claim it had a small drip, yet I watched transmission fluid prior out. The best is when she left they said "hope you make it over the causeway" completely unacceptable.

Went with my wife to get her tire rotated and the low pressure tire light was on . I told derran to check that tire out . Couple of hours later the low tire pressure light came back on , we pulled over and found a nail in the tire I told him to check in the first place and also found they over tighten the lugs on the tires .

I would suggest saving your time and money. Do not go to Parrish Tire! I dropped off my car at 8:00 to have it serviced for an alignment and waited six hours to learn that the bushings on my car had aged along with my struts. Parrish still charged me $69 dollars under the claim that it takes longer to hook it up to the alignment machinery than to actually preform an alignment. If they would've paid attention to details then they would've never had to charge me for the service. It doesn't take a genius to see that your bushings are wearing out. It'll cost $1,055 to replace my struts and bushings, more than my car is actually worth. So I was practically robbed and taken advantage of. Never go to this mechanic shop.

All I can say is I bought a used car drove for 2 days 7 hrs total driving no leaks even had it inspected for leaks by myself and by another mechanic I have the paperwork for my previous inspection and this places. Which I actually had him walk me through it all and inspected it with the mechanic they day before I brought it here. Well I left here with a severe brake leak and water coming out the same area. Brake warning came on later that night. Also said I needed new sway bars and I dont need them there is nothing wrong besides they look a little old. And they said I need new motor mount 900 dollars which is high because 545 is high end for the repair for this vehicle and 250 cheap end and it is an easy task you dont have to pull the engine. Lucky for me a neighbor that works on cars is going to do my fixes for a very good price. A few hundred dollars cheaper. I'd make sure you know what's wrong before bringing it here. The person thar will be fixing it said it was unusual that it would go bad before the rotors. And the guy who quoted me acted mad when I told him no I cant afford that much. I told him my budget was for break pads on one axle before they even took it in. My rotors might not even be bad in the front there is no grinding. Wish I never would have took my van here. It is not safe to drive. It was recommended by someone. And they had been around a long time so I thought they would get it done quicker. I should have just waited.

This time they were able to get me fixed temporarily but did inform me and show me what this issue was and how much it would cost. Very professional and efficient.

Late in the afternoon my son was involved in an auto accident. My son’s health and welfare was the upper most thing on my mind, so when the wrecker driver arrived and asked where he should tow the vehicle, I told him I didn’t know. He recommended their lot until we decided what to do with the wrecked car. He didn’t mention it, so I assumed that if the vehicle was removed from their lot the next day, there would be no storage fee. WRONG! Even though the car had been on their lot less than 18 hours, they charged for 2 days storage.

A while back I took my car for an A.C. repair .When I arrived I paid for the repair about a little over $300.00 and got my car.As soon as I pulled out of Parish my A.C. stopped working again. I gave it back to them. Later when I asked them what the problem was they said that with car air conditioners they had to change part by part till it started working again. I took my car never got my money back. Never again will I back to them. BE CAREFUL. I do not like negative reviews But I just had to say it so it does not happen to anybody else. Our hard earned money taken like this.
