I went last summer, summer of 2015, to get my industrial pierced. The place was wicked clean and Nick, the one that did my piercing, was extremely nice. I loved the experience overall. The one problem I had was that that top hole for the industrial was done too close to the front of my ear. I didn't realize this at first but the skin in the front part of it started gradually ripping and getting thinner and thinner over the next couple months. One night I had realized that it had completely ripped out. I now have a small slit at the top part of my ear and to be honest, I don't really care, but I did have to pay to get a new piercing for the industrial farther back on my ear at another piercing place, so that sucked, but honestly, I would probably try them again for another piercing because they are clean and their prices are good

Just came back from a nostril piercing. First piercing/tattoo experience and well worth it. Highly recommend! Nick was incredibly professional yet had an awesome persona giving the experience a solid 100/10. Will be back soon! Will upload a picture :D
