My daughter and I decided to have matching tattoos when visiting Portsmouth, I cannot remember the name of the artist.......it was a simple tattoo, a small arrow...we specifically side fine lines, they are revolting, I had mine on my foot and my daughter on her forearm, they are thick, the ink has bled, and they are unrecognisable as arrows.i hate mine, and so does my daughter......we paid $80 each, I wouldn’t have minded if he had have done it like we wanted...DO NOT GO HERE air you want a small fine tattoo.......my foot is ruined.

I was a walk in with specific needs. Spencer greeted me, listened to what I had to say and drew up one bad ass tattoo. I couldn't be happier with the service, quality of work and the welcoming I received from Spencer. I have more work that I'll need in the future. I'm hoping I can get Spencer to do it for me. Five Stars are not enough. Guy's a real pro!!!!
