I had my 2nd visit today for a touch up on having my eyebrows tattooed. A follow up touch up is always needed. I absolutely love it. I love the job that was done on my eyebrows. Agata, The woman that did my eyebrows is the nicest person. Friendly and very professional. Chi-Town Ink is clean, everyone is very friendly And they are very accommodating in regard to appointments. I have several clients and friends that will go there due to my wonderful experience.

We went there yesterday to get a piercing. We were recommended to ask for Michael and he was amazing. The procedure was very quick and clean. Afterwards, he explained how long it will take to heal and how to clean the piercing. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and friendly. Their prices are also very reasonable and affordable. Anyone who wants to get a piercing and/or tattoo, I highly recommend this place. P.S. here is a picture of the sunset from their waiting area.

Their customer service model should be a model for every business everywhere! I went there because all my life I felt a little uncomfortable with a deformity in my left ear and was thinking (for a long time) how an earring could cover it up. I was thinking to get both ears pierced for symmetry as well. I finally decided to go for it! Here is my story: I was immediately greeted by a super friendly gentleman who clearly knew how to check in with customers and manage requests. He also walked me around the store to show me my options of jewelry as well! He made me laugh a couple times! Next I was taken to another room by the piercing expert Michael who matched my pace through the whole process. Michael made me feel very at ease by explaining to me exactly what he was doing every step of the way. Again I mainly wanted my left ear pierced and was possibly planning on doing the right if it felt comfortable. Michael gave me no pressure whatsoever to do the right ear and seemed to sympathize with me what it's like to be a first timer. He explained the whole healing process in detail to me! I left the store having only done the left side which I chose because Michael advised me that sleeping might be difficult if I had done both. However, I'm certain I will be back soon to get my other ear done! Thank you to everyone who works here for such an amazing experience! I highly recommend your store to everyone looking for any sort of body amplifications!

I came here for a tattoo a year ago. The environment wasn't for me. The tatto I wanted was an easy coverup. However it was on my hip and the guy at the counter more or less made me show him the tattoo I wanted covered up while standing in front of shop. How embarrassing. He then proceeded to tell me the only thing they could do was a big black heart or star. I'm thankful I left and drove to pilsen where I got a quality piece, which doesn't have hardly any black in it. I have been going to same shop ever since. And proudly have 6 more tattoos that I get mad compliments on. I drive past here all the time, and as I do I look at my hand piece I got from pilsen and I'm thankful that I never allowed them to tattoo me here. I'm not down for the cool jock experience.

Great place. Great employees, kind of hard to gage bc it was so busy for the Friday the 13th special they were doing... Kenny did a great job on our little Jack Skellington Jason mask head.. Very light handed which is much appreciated.

Not helpful at all. Went in with my helix piercings, had questions and some concerns such as bumps around the piercing and shifting of the piercing. I was told it was completely my fault, I should not sleep on it or touch it. I did not do any of those, I was very careful the whole time to not cause any irritation by sleeping on it. Then I was simply told there was nothing I could do about it. The bumps were keloids (which they are not, they are more of scarring cartilage) and keloids would stay there. No advice was given, I was just told it was all my fault. I left the piercing studio without getting any help, the people did not even really look at my piercings. Afterwards I went to a different studio which gave me a better feeling and was actually able to help me. I was really mad about such an experience. This should not be the way to treat customers. I will not go there again.

Was a great place to be Sarah, Tyler, Uriel, Wes and Brian were amazing people. But everyone else are rude and ignorent. They get all coked out or drunk in the back and come back and tattoo. So if u wanna get tattooed by people under the influence have fun at Chi Town Tattoos.
