Awesome tattoo & piercing parlor!!! Very friendly staff and clean. My tattoo artist Chris was excellent!! He created a unique tattoo for me based on my requirements and kept me informed throughout the entire session with minimal pain. The other tattoo artists alike did an awesome job on their customers based upon my view as we all conversed and laughed which relaxed me quite a bit. I'm definitely getting my other tattoos at Rock-A-Billy's for sure.

I had recently just moved to Florida and I was looking to get a Japanese half sleeve done. Ended up finding this shop from all the glowing reviews and stopped by one day when I was in the area and went to the comic shop right next to it and, the people are super chill & helpful! Roger was my artist and I’ve had two sessions with him and need one more. Great pricing/rates and by all the artists work is top notch and worth every penny. They do every style and will work with you not to mention are super friendly. If you’re looking for a great shop that does great work and has great prices this is definitely the spot for you.

I got a tattoo at Rock-A-Billy about 15 years ago, and absolutely loved it. The work was great and everything was tip top; however, I sent a couple of my friends there to get tattoos done and the staff was extremely rude and hostile. I am ashamed to say I have a tattoo by people who would insult customers. I had 3 friends, 1 being my sister-in-law, go in wanting white ink tats done. The staff insulted their choice stating that they only do real tattoos there. As far as I know, ink on skin is part of the art form, regardless of the color ink. I'm disappointed in this shop, and needless to say I will be going elsewhere for future work.

Nice place with lots to look at, if you're interested in getting a tattoo or that special piercing! They have a ton of flash tats on the walls and in multiple binders.....not to mention the separate binders of art/tats for each individual artist that works there. I'll put an update in here once I finally pull the trigger on the right tattoo!

Worst shop i've ever been to! First shop i've been to that told me that if my 2yr old son doesnt be quiet i would have to leave! So i have tell me 2yr old son to be quiet and not be happy for you people? And then want to charge me $200 for a simple crown tattoo! Half of the staff are professional and the other half are very rude! I wouldn't recommend this shop to no one even if it was the last tattoo shop on earth. If i can give a negative star itd be -20!

Let me start by saying I have thousands of dollars of work on my body and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had! Whatever you do, DO NOT get a tattoo with the artist PL. He is a LIAR, incredibly LAZY, and unreliable. He wants to be paid like a top artist ($150 an hour!!) but does not act like one. He canceled our scheduled sessions multiple times minutes before due to him making up crazy excuses and having a "headache". I don't know about any of the other artist but PL is by far the worst tattoo artist I have ever dealt with. Please rethink your decision if you get him!!

I got my first tattoo here many years ago... Last two times I've come in to get work done I've left really disappointed. Upon arriving no one greets you! last night I came back decided to give them another chance however no one bothered to talk to us there was no one at the counter and while I walked around seeing designs there was no attempt to interact with us we sat at the sofa an artist walked past us a couple of times and not once try to engage in convo with us. We came ready to get some work done however the lack of interest towards us as clients made us leave. Sad We were there around 8 pm

My artist was Chris Slota and he was more than helpful with making sure I knew what this would be like and what the final outcome would look like. During the tattoo we talked and he was extremely friendly and always made sure I was okay to continue the tattoo. The final outcome of the tattoo was fantastic and more than I could've hoped for. Ive been in here 3 times to talk to someone everytime they are all very unfriendly and just say go check out the books and talk to the artist. I did and the artist could give no care that I was there and was just ya make an appointment. Look Ive got 46 tattoos now from all over the USA and I've never been treated like that. Always had a good experience, over the past 8 years, always consistent. Very clean. PL Serrano has been nothing but professional and does fantastic work. PL has done 4 out of my 14 tattoos, and those 4 are my main pieces (sleeve, portrait, etc) I get compliments on them everyday and am constantly recommending people to him. I love the gentleman that does the piercings. He has 4 piercings for me and I could not be more happier with service that I have been given everytime I've gone there. I went to other places that had used a piercing gun on my nose which is illegal and can cause permanent damage. I was having problems so I went there to see if I was doing something wrong. They are the ones that informed me that it was illegal to use a piercing gun on the nose. After having them to repierce my nose I didn't just get one in my nose but 3 at one time in my nose and it was a VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. They truly care about their customers.

This studio is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I have four tattoos from Rock-A-Billy the oldest tattoo being almost 6yrs old. Lorne tattooed me every time and I cannot say enough good things. He listened to exactly what I wanted, offered his professional opinion but still made sure that it was exactly what I wanted. I have a tattoo on my ribs that we moved the stencil at least five time just to find the perfect spot. Lorne has a very light hand and I was very comfortable during all my sessions. He explained exactly what to do during the healing process, which went by perfect and years later my tattoos all look great. I would recommend Rock-A-Billy, especially if Lorne is your artist.

I’ve waited months to leave a review because I thought, maybe just maybe, I could’ve done something wrong in the healing process. However, this thought was not correct. There is a whole 5 lines on my tattoo that are gray and faded, this could have been seen immediately after the tattoo started peeling. All of it’s neighboring art is dark and beautiful, I will give the artist credit there. However, these lines in comparison to their bold counterpart really saddens me. I expected better from the money I spent.

The people that run this shop know what they are doing. My artist John is the bee's knees. He is patient and cool as a cucumber but he ll help push you through the hard bits like a champ. All the guys are very talented and are worth every penny for their work. They have a spot for discounted tattoos as well, which I thought was super cool. Shops hella clean. Atmosphere is comfortable and jovial. Customer service is top notch. I came here for my first tattoo many years ago. Glad I came back. I will be getting more work done here in the future.
