This is by far the WORST tattoo shop in all of Russellville and Arkansas for that matter. Staff and artists are very unprofessional. The place is a dump. It's dirty and very unsanitary. I got a tattoo from Rick which looks like absolute garbage. All I got was some lettering that healed awful because he punched the needle way to deep in my skin. If you have a brain trust me and just go right down the street to big country tattoos and they'll take care of you. Really disappointed with the outcome of this place and the fact that the artist didn't care the slighest about his kaboshed so called tattoo I received. Hope this helps!

Recently got a small tattoo done by Rick that should have taken an hour. The tattoo took 11 1/2 hours!!! Why you ask? He was lolly gagging around the whole time. He would stop to take a break. No problem except his break was an hour 4 separate times so he could go smoke pot outside his shop. Great now I have a high tattoo artist giving me a tattoo

I can’t believe this place. Emphasis on TRIED. This place is a flop. I have been to many tattoo parlors and none have been this DISAPPOINTING. When I walk in the receptionist has an attitude off the back. While trying to schedule an appointment she proceeds to tell me that the artists here ONLY tattoo what the clients bring in. That they don’t do their own work and don’t have a flash. If that doesn’t tell you how untalented and unoriginal this place is then I don’t know what will. The artists here can only copy and paste tattoos from Pinterest. If you you want an original piece stay away from here. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I have gotten multiple tattoos from rick and hes a damn great artist. I have not yet been tatted by Jacob but from what my trusted friends say he's good too. Rick does some great tattoos and great deals, I see everyone complaining about his breaks but he doesnt charge you for them and you dont want a tired tattoo artist with cramped hands putting something on your skin. He tatted an arctic fox on me and not only do i love it but hes a damn good artist too it only took him 10 minutes to draw it and it was exceptional. I am getting a portrait soon and alot of artist have told me it would take 6 to 7 hours and rick told me when the next deal was and said if i came then it would be 300, everywhere else it would be 600 to 700 dollars. And for everyone complaining about the cussing its a damn tattoo shop if you want family friendly go to Wal-Mart and pick up some temporary tatts cause you probably shouldnt be getting tattoos. Had heard good things but, the experience was nothing like that. The Artist are driving up "special" & "discounted" prices to be whatever they would without the discount anyways. I've had multiple quotes on the same piece by Rick Medina and during "discounted" specials the price is at least 50% more! ...It's extremely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. They are only advertising these things to get people in the door and have zero intentions of actually giving anyone a good deal.

Go to Conway or red beards in hot springs people this place is a joke rick is a joke he uses "toys for tots" to drive up prices and waists time taking multiple breaks for pizza and blunts....i got this 'strength' tat there last year during toys for tots paid 100$ plus sitting fee ....this year i asked for a word thats 6 letters and half the size and was quoted 300$ I will never go back and i will never recommend tried and true or rick to another person
