I needed a tux for an out of town wedding and he made sure everything was perfect in plenty of time, even though there were 2 last minute changes. Because the owner works long hours, please call before going. He’s normally there 9-12 and then again in the afternoon. After he closes, he’s there till midnight making sure everything gets done. Awesome service. I bought a complete name brand tux w/ shirt for $75. You can’t rent one for that price!!

I called him on a Wednesday for a dance costume that I needed multiple alterations on by Sunday morning. I dropped 2 garments off Thursday evening, he had them finished on Saturday morning and they were perfect. Very reasonable prices as well.

I needed my dress for my wedding taken in. I went to this business on a Saturday morning. Mr Mantell said he would have my wedding dress done by Thursday. When I called on Wednesday I got no answer and a full voice inbox. I called again Thursday and same. Friday I went to the building and there was a hand written note with new business hours due to health. Okay, so my fiance called Saturday morning before 9am and Mr Mantell didn't even begin working on the dress. Our wedding is in 5 days. He never called or anything. We had to pick up my dress because he wouln't have it done in time. Now, I'm left with white chalk marks on black fabric where he marked it to take it in and creases. He didn't even say sorry. It's the weekend and Veterans day is Sunday. There is no time for anyone else to alter my dress. If he would have called I might have been able to arrange something else. That is just bad buisness.
