Avoid this place or use it at you own peril! I dropped off two suits to be altered upon the recommendation of the place that sold me the suit. First warning sign: There are no prices listed so you have no idea how this shop compared to other. Second warning: They accept cash only..in 2015 really?? I was quoted a price, paid in full expecting to pick up my suits in 5 days. Two days later, I get a phone call telling me that they (presumably the owner) forgot to charge me for this..and for that and that when I come to pick up the suits I would owe her nearly twice what I already paid. I go to the shop on Friday afternoon during business hours only to find that the owner/manager is gone, that the single tailor in the shop is not willing to call her and that he cannot explain why I am being charged double. I leave, not too pleased, and come back on Monday morning to again find that the manager/owner is not there and that the same dour, unhelpful tailor is manning the shop. We finally discover that the owner made a mistake adding up the original estimate, but still cannot figure out where the extra charges are coming from, never mind the fact that I never authorized the added expenses. I tell the tailor that at this point, I am willing to pay the difference due to the math error but not the unauthorized extra expenses and at the point where I start to dial the phone to call the police, he seems to see the light. Bottom line...deceptive business practices, unauthorized expenses, absent management, inability to explain what they are charging for and really piss poor customer service.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!! They did an NHL Jersey Cresting Perfect!! And some other items I had custom done! Their work was so good, I tipped 2 times quoted price on last item!!

Excellent tailor. They recently altered my daughter's wedding gown and my mother of the bride dress. I can't say enough about the quality of their work. A couple of weeks later I took my youngest daughter to have her prom dress altered as well. Perfect the first time, every time. So glad we were referred there by another long term customer. This will be my go to moving forward.

Luyen Tailor saved the day...the wedding day that is. I am the mother-of-the-bride, I bought a dress from Saks, and their alterations department, after two attempts, left it unwearable. Luyen's owner worked with me, and she was so wonderful. The dress is absolutely perfect, pucker-free, and fits like a glove. Thank you!
