If I could give this place a 0 star I would. This has got to be the worst place in south MS to have an alteration done!!! I picked my dress up on 7/14/15 with much excitement,( I have been eyeballing this dress for months.). But to my horror, my dress is not wearable!! She cut it too short and uneven!!! about 2 inches shorter on one side to the other!! All she could say was "it even, I cut it even"! Well ma'am IT IS NOT EVEN, and I'm without a dress!! I tried to post a picture but not sure if it posted. DON'T USE THIS PLACE IF YOU ACTUALLY PLAN ON WEARING WHAT SHE ALTERS!!!

Terrible.... I will NEVER go here again. Her hours are posed on the door but she is NEVER here. The work is terrible the customer service is terrible. The building is nasty and it stinks.... a very rude person...

Took 5 pr pants to have length shortened and waist brought in. She said length was ok. WHAT? Like previous post,, shorten the pants as I see fit. Hem was attempted ro be blind but absolutely sloppy. A total hack job. Waist was sloppy too and was not followed through the seat of the pants. I watched a YouTube video and corrected the seat on a friends sewing machine. Interestingly my previous visit had similar results , but I didnt want to drive all the way to Biloxi for service. Big mistake. For my $75.00 I could have bought 3 new pr of dress pants at Belk with their current sale. I'm headed back today ro get a refund. Pants looked better falling of my butt and dragging the floor. Will never return again. So disappointing.

Terrible. Will argue over what you want done. Asked to have the length hemmed and she told me they didn't need. Here is a hint, lady: I'm paying and I say hem the length. Now make it happen. Rented a tux from her twice. Should have leaned the first time she was utterly clueless. Each time I had to get a friend to help me with hem the length of pant. Each time she gave me a shirt a size larger than what I specified. When returning the tux I showed up at 4:50 the day it was due. Her shop claims it is open until 5, but she was already gone. She argued with me the next day. Overall, this is one of the most incompetent at people I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend anyone do business with her ever.

I've been coming here since 2001 for all of my uniform and civilian clothing. Service is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I deal with the public almost on a daily basis so my professional clothing has to fit right! Five stars all the way!!!!!!!!!!
