I picked up my wedding dress and am amazed at the quality of work that went in to the alterations. I was concerned because the dress had to be taken in 4 to 5 inches and it has intricate beadwork and lace but the dress looks like it was custom made now, the seams are invisible. I am beyond happy with Rozi. She is a true artist, and it was so easy to work with her.

Overcharged for hemming dress length and sleeves ($250). Ask for leftover material; wasn't saved, then charged extra $20 for steaming! Because i couldn't afford anymore alternations around the bust-line (another $200) my bra straps were visible!! All wedding photos are so embarrassing as mother of the groom. The owner could care less—all about the buck.

I have been going to Rozi for years and this alteration shop is the best for price and time. I always receive my items on time and never have had any issues, my alterations have been perfect. I need alterations on my dress for my daughters wedding and Rozi is half the price they charge in the bridal shops. I won't take my clothes anywhere else.

Horrible customer service. Ruined a dress and then essentially stole it. Lawsuit unfortunately wouldn't have bee worth it. Owner is a terrible human being that will steal your money. Stay away

A few friends pointed me in her direction and I'm SOOO HAPPY they did. She definitely knows what she's doing which is exactly what you want when it comes to your wedding dress. she altered my dress then we decided I needed to change the way the straps we're designed, the dress was not designed to be actually be worn comfortably. every time I moved, my chest was completely visible

I recently had my prom and the dress that I used was huge on me. My boyfriends mom suggested rozi’s and we made the best decision. When I went in to the store to get measured she asked me questions on how I wanted it to fit on me and made me feel extremely welcome. When I came back to pick up my dress, I was blown away at how the dress fit. I have never been more happy on service. I would recommend Rozi’s to anyone I meet. I was charged forty dollars to hem two inches on my dress pants. I’ve never paid that much for simple hemming. I haven’t even had to pay twenty dollars hemming pants. Forty dollars was way too expensive and I will never return for her services. Essentially I was was charged twenty dollars a pant leg or ten dollars per inch hemmed. Ridiculous.

As a Google local guide, my reviews are always honest. This place is the go to place for alterations. I've come here on multiple occasions and they definitely take care of their customers. Very professional and worth whatever price they are charging. I wanted some sleeves added to a coat due to it being uncomfortable there and they spent 15 minutes of their time to rig up a fabric sleeve to temporarily insert into the sleeve area of my coat to see how it felt. It was well worth making this request because I knew at that point I wanted to have this particular alteration done. If you have any requests like this, go ahead and ask and they will accommodate you. Fantastic service.
