Brought in a suit to have tailored for a wedding. Pants, sleeves, and back needed talioring. She said price was $55. Came back when she said it was ready and she didn't talior the sleeves and said that would be another $30. I went to Pratt Abbott and they tailored the sleeves perfectly in less than 24 hrs for $14. This is cash only establishment so plan on having a couple hundred dollars in cash on you if you plan on having a couple suits tailored. What a headache!

Don't let outward appearance affect this as an option! Storefront is a little rough but her work more than makes up for it. I recently brought her 12( If not more??) pieces needing several different alterations, from straight forward hemming, letting out and taking in to addition of straps and I couldn't be happier with the results. Price was reasonable ($155 for all) and she allowed me to pay half upon drop off and paid the balance on pickup. With the recent storms I wasn't able to pick up the clothes for 2 weeks but they were done within a week. She does offer a 2 day turnaround although I told her I would be back in a week. There are still 2 pieces that I have not tried on but considering the other results I don't anticipate disappointment. Will be using her again.

I swear she stays up ALL night long working! Sign says 2 day turn around, but never is, usually that same day or the following day.

Mrs. Jung did an excellent job altering my wedding dress. It arrived only a week before my wedding and she altered it perfectly in 4 days with only one fitting for a very affordable price. I was quite impressed.

Someone suggested Jung's for my wedding dress alterations. I was weary walking into the place because it looked run down but her work really speaks for itself. She did an amazing job on my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. It was done in a couple weeks and I thought her prices were very reasonable. I would definitely suggest her!

Repaired a slightly ripped pair of khaki shorts in ten minutes - I was expecting to pick them up the next day at the earliest, but she far exceeded my expectations and repaired the shorts minutes after I walked in the door. Charged only $5 for the fix, which is all the more amazing considering the turnaround time. Also sweetly refused to take any tip over $5, which I certainly wanted to give her. What efficient and quality service! Would recommend to anyone.

She is the best. I'm short and stocky and she gets my sizes perfectly. She also gives me suggestions on my outfits. I've moved around a lot with my careers and by far she is the best tailor. Her prices are fair too. She usually gets her work done in a day which is great. Most places charge extra for that.

I read some good reviews for Jung's and decided to have her hem a pair of pants. She did a good job. I returned with two dress shirts and asked to have them shortened because I like to wear them untucked. The stitching was sloppy, the sides were uneven, and shirttails were still long. She tried telling me it was the style of the shirt that made them look that way. I gave her one more chance and brought two pairs of jeans to hem and two more shirts. This time I brought another shirt that I wanted her to use as a guide and she still made mistakes. The back of one shirt is longer then the front and she didn't adjust the buttons so it looks ridiculous. One pair of jeans was hemmed correctly and the other had one leg 1/2 inch longer than the other. People make mistakes but repeat mistakes on simple tasks are unacceptable. If you ruin people's clothes there's no coming back from that. There is a language barrier and every time I explained what I wanted done, she rushed me and said "don't worry" "I know, "I know" without letting me finish and still messed up my clothes. I addressed this with her and she giggles and acts like it's a joke. Seriously?! She never apologized or took responsibility for the damage and mistakes. When I told her I wasn’t coming back and planned to write a review she said “no problem”. Please be careful and think twice about bringing your clothes here. I’m not the only one who said she ruined their clothes.
