I used this cleaner a while back to have my pants tailored. Gentlemen agreed to have it done for a certain price. Several months later I came back to have another pants tailored. Woman this time wanted to charge me more. I explained that I just had another paints tailored and the price was cheaper. I asked if she can get the other gentlemen and she just said no and threw my pants back at me. This place is very rude. Definitely not coming back.

Stay away from this cleaners. They damaged a brand new pair of Tommy Bahama shorts (cleaned for this first time) (had receipt to show) and owner became very belligerent and blamed me. Would not stand behind his mistake and starting swearing at me in the store. He told me to get out of his "f_______ store." Owner definitely has anger issues when he cannot stand behind his work and is very rude to customers.

I have used these cleaners for about 10 years and I think they do an outstanding job, whether cleaning or tailoring clothes. Recently, I needed some good pants altered and took them to an Italian tailor in downtown Geneva assuming they would be the best. The tailor charged me handsomely and did a terrible, terrible job. I took the same pants into Bricher's to see if there was any way they could repair the damage. They not only repaired the damage, but charged me less than the tailor in Geneva. I learned two things: never assume an "Italian tailor" is automatically going to be good and never doubt that the service you get at Bricher's will be anything less than excellent.

Worst dry cleaners ever! First they have false advertising stating that they pick up and deliver when they don't and the gentleman told me that they don't. This older gentlemen took 10 minutes to find two Tops and charged me $7.50 for a sleeveless shirt claiming it was a blaze!! He kept walking away when I was trying to talk to him, Then he had a bad attitude when HIS CC machine wouldn't accept my card even though I had my account balance in my hand on my phone and refused to believe that it was HIS machine not MY card!! I told him he needs to have a better attitude if he wants to keep his customers he was rude rude rude stay away worst cleaners! Very bad! Better off going to CD 1 PRICE CLEANERS on Prairie street, better prices, quicker and much friendlier!!!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! If you use them, I suggest finding a different cleaners! If you don't use them stay away! They damaged my blouse and would not reimburse me for the cost of the repair!

I have used this dry cleaners for fourteen years and I have never had a problem. I have used them for shirts, delicates and many alterations. The work on the alterations has been beautiful!

I thought I had finally found the cleaner trifecta: cleaning and pressing with reasonable prices and convenient location... until recently, when one of my white dress shirts came back with some unexplained obvious spotting near the collar. But even that doesn't rate a 1-star review... When I asked (very politely) about getting it fixed, the owner flat-out (not politely) REFUSED, saying, "We don't make spots here. It was probably there before, and you didn't notice!" Ok... now I like to believe I'm a fairly reasonable person. Why didn't you clean them off then? You're the CLEANERS. Anyway, so after explaining I understand how things like this happen, and offering two more nonconfrontational attempts for him to make it right, it was obvious my request was in vain. It was seriously shocking to experience such an adamant disregard for basic customer service. Bricher Cleaners has lost all of my future business because they place their own pride over service to their customers. Like so many other mediocre businesses, they're great... until they're not.
