This is the only nail salon I will go to here in Greenbrier County. I've been to local versions of "high end" nail salons with subpar services and outrageous pricing. I am a professional cosmetologist for over 10 years and to me in a nail salon, the absolute necessity is sanitation and sterilization (*cleanliness). I came here for the first time today as a walk in client. I was acknowledged with friendly greetings, the salon has a calming environment, pristine cleanliness. The service I had was Pedicure- Classic with Callus Treatment. Before my service started, the water was drawn in a massage chair for me to enjoy and soak while other clients were receiving their treatments. A plethora of nail color options are available. They use sanitary disposal bags in the basin of your pedicure chair. Upon my service starting, Justin set up, opened up a sterile package of instruments to be used for my pedicure. After he took my nail polish request, I laid back in the massaging chair and rested. When he did my first coat, I loved the color so much that I chose not to have the secondary color (sparkles) and he completed my service. By the way, the ventilation system is top notch in here. There's no scent of acetone or polish. I am so pleased I stopped in here today. There was only 2 other more "quick service" nail salon options here, both having the same owner and both with horrible sanitary conditions and employees loudly speaking. I am about to leave here (still relaxing in the massage chair) and I'm feeling calm. After so many clients have come and left, there's been a constant peaceful atmosphere (*not loud). To me, this is a high end salon feel, environment and service at an unbeatable price! Thank you Justin for the excellent service. K.H.
