I would like to comment on a few items. This was not a good experience for me. I was in your parking lot waiting at 9:30 for my 10am appt. You got there about 3 minuets till 10. You told me to sit and wait. I waited. You could have let me start looking at polish. Finally I was told to pick my colors. You do not have enough colors to pick from, not enough matching colors to pick from and not enough quality products. Everything looked old, sticky and very used. I work hard for my money and feel it is sad to waste it. For you to tell me that I needed to "get in the chair" and that the colors are close enough that nobody is going to compare my nails and toes. Well that was just rude and it is important to me that they match. A better solution would have been to get there earlier to let people pick their polish before their appointment time or to have better selections of polish or to have the polish on nails so it is easier to review them. You kept rushing my tech, complaining to her in front of me about schedules, customers changing their minds about services and it being an inconvenience, you having "no choice" but to do a pedicure, etc. you totally took away any chance for me to enjoy the services that I paid for. Your nail tech is good, but your products are terrible and I have already had one nail chip in the 1.5 hours since I left so there is no way this will last even a week. I am very disappointed in the service and atmosphere that you provided today. It felt hostile and very unprofessional. And by the way, the colors are NOT close enough and unfortunately I will have to pay to have them redone. I should have left when I felt threatened by your response that I "need to get in the chair" instead of wasting my time and money today. Please consider incorporating some of the ideas above in your business practice for the sake of decent customer service and allow your techs to do their job without complaining to them while they are working. It makes everyone uncomfortable.
