I got the powder gels and they lasted 5 days!! 4 nails chipped and the rest cracked. I was on vacation and came back so I went to the salon to get them taken off and they charged $10 dollars. I got them because I assumed they'd last at least two weeks but nope 5 days and I came back a week and a half later and they couldn't even take them off for free or at least charge me just $5. I wish I called before hand and asked the fee for removal because buying a bottle of acetone and doing it myself would have been better. I was making it clear I was upset about the situation and they never once apologized. They kept asking me if I wanted to get another manicure I'm sorry I'm not getting a service done that cost $40 dollars and only last a few days. They clearly don’t stand behind their products or services. I wish they could have waived the removal fee considering they chipped after 5 days and I wouldn’t be here writing this review.

I walked into Paradise Total Spa and Nail hoping to have a nice relaxing time with my daughter. It could not have been better. We were welcomed warmly, offered something to drink and a snack, and helped in choosing a nail color. The ladies who did our manicures and pedicures were kind and friendly. They spent a lot of time with us, and their work was excellent. We chose regular nail polish, but it looks like our nails were done with gel polish. I especially liked how much time they spent on massaging my feet and calves. They were aching before I got to the salon but felt much better just a short time later. Not yet ready to leave, we decided to get a 10 minute chair massage. It was outstanding. I spoke to the woman doing my massage about how she liked working there. She could not say enough nice things about the owner, Ann. She told me that Ann was a very kind, fair, and caring boss and that she had never worked for anyone like her. Beside the great service, the salon is beautiful, extremely clean, has many services to offer, and is affordable. I highly recommend Paradise Total Spa and Nail.

I wanna start off by saying this place is not clean they look it but they are not they are not sanitary they need to be evaluated by the board of Cosmetology and close shop I got a toe infection here and it hurts so bad I can’t walk never again will I come here I warn all of you stay away !!!!

It seems like they may be training a whole new staff. The quality was poor, the girl was too afraid to cut my toe nails and barely even touched me during the leg massage. As for the polishing job, it was just as poorly executed. When you go to a professional you expect the best service and unfortunately this wasn’t the case. For the sake of privacy I won’t give her name, but the girl that did my pedicure seemed distracted the entire time and kept looking out the front doors and at the front desk. She also continued to look over her shoulder like she was seeking approval. I had a bad experience with their other location in Randolph the last time and thought I would give this location a try, apparently the use the same staff at both locations.

Great place! Beautiful and big with a cool set up! Every technician does a great job and takes on any task presented to them. The receptionists are fantastic and welcoming. Fair prices with a cash back reward if paying with cash. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a nail salon!

i got a pedicure here over the weekend and I really enjoyed the overall experience. I was looking forward to the massage part of the pedicure but it felt like it was lacking a bit. There was a deal for a couples massage this valentines week that made it totally worth it to book an appointment but they were completely booked.

Everything was great until they pulled the girl doing my pedicure away and brought me some other lady to paint (this was around 715, and I from what I can tell they don’t close until 830???). At which point, the job was rushed, and although I’ve never been here before, I assume after painting, comes drying. Nope. I was escorted to the front to pay, and then told to have a good night. Needless to say, 4 of my toes are smudged with nail polish coming off. Not worth the $30.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Horrible experience, I will never go back here. I had a 1pm appointment for a manicure and pedicure; a gift certificate given to me from my boyfriend after we moved to the area. I walked into a very crowded facility. One of the attendants at the front directed me to a chair set up the water for the pedicure and walked away. I looked around and saw that every seat was taken and at least 4 other women besides myself were sitting, feet soaking still waiting for an esthetician. 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting and so are all these other women. One lady walks out. I ask how long do I have to wait, reminded her that I had a 1pm appointment. She tells me they're very busy and had a lot of walk ins. Waited another 15 mins before an esthetician finally attends to me. She did a great job with the pedicure. After my pedicure, I'm taken to the front and seated for my manicure. I sat waiting for 15 minutes and yet no one acknowledged I was there. Saw people walking in and being attended to right away. I've never had to wait close to 2 hours for a mani/pedi and yet here I was 2 hours later still waiting for my manicure. I went up to the desk frustrated. I told them i was leaving. I had a 1pm appointment and now 2 hours later I'm still waiting for my manicure. She tells me they were very busy and had a lot of walk ins. So what's the point of making an appointment? Seems like they don't respect customer's time nor appointments. I've been to other nail salons where appointments take precedence over walk-ins. Not at this place. Making money is more important to them than valuing their customers.

I love Paradise! Such a happy environment with fantastic services. Manicures and Pedicures are so in depth and the staff if a great help with choosing colors and asisting with my design ideas. The Spa is great with relaxing music and refreshments while you wait. There are also two saunas a dry suana and a wet suana free of charge!! There are showers and a beautiful bathroom to clean yourself up after massages and facials.

I don’t like to write reviews But today I had really bad experience with this salon I have one year old son and it’s really hard to go to salons ,because I’m alone weekdays My oldest son goes to sport near them, and we went there all together My husband, me and two sons I went to salon walk in They ask me to wait 10-15 min , and ask to choose nail polish color I was waiting 20 min , then I asked then Don’t they forget about me And they did , you could see it from there eyes They gave me a seat to the table and said someone will come In 10-15min nobody came I said them that it’s my last time there Because it’s not first time like these situations I waist my time just wait big for nothing Looking for another nice salons near me

I absolutely love it here! Everything is so clean. The place is so modern with TVs everywhere and well known products. Their OPI gel selection is huge! The techs are super kind and always saying Hi to me!! Krystal always does a wonderful job with my nails. I’ve traveled allover the world to many spas and no one compares... Lucia’s pedicures are amazing! I’m so thankful that I found a place that is not only affordable but high quality. I would reccomend anyone to come here! :)

Don't get acrylics here. They ground into my cuticle with the electric file when they were shaping - a lot. Even when I told the woman it was hurting, she kept making the mistake. Everyone in the spa seemed to be in a rush. It's also possible that they don't do acrylics often since they seemed a little confused when I walked in. One worker was filing my nails while another stood over me and she seemed to be trying to learn what the other was doing. I will not be going back.

I love coming to Paradise Total Spa and Nail! I used to go to the one in Randolph regularly, but was often disappointed by the staff and decor. I love this spa much better because the attendants at the front desk are very nice and always accommodate, and the pedis/gel manis are always up to par, as well as their beautiful decor! The only issues that I commonly have are when I go to get my nails done on a week-day night. For example, I usually make an appointment for around 5 PM (with two hours until closing), and pedicures always take the same amount of time as the weekend, and turn out beautifully. However, the staff that work on manicures ALWAYS rush and take 30 minutes to finish. I also always get GEL NAILS, which should take around 45 minutes to an hour. They always rush to be finished! All the workers who have no clients begin to leave and say goodbye, making my nail lady work faster. This leads to mediocre gel manicures.

Service is beyond terrible! A bunch of young girls at the counter texting while customers wait unattended, then have u soak your feet for half hour waiting while you get cold from the water. In this area, there are one or two of these nail salons in every strip mall. This one won't be here long because there are plenty of acceptable options!

So I came to try it out instead of my normal place big mistake I waited 30mins also the ladies there aren’t ceritified because that had to been the worst gel manicure and pedicure I’ve gotten they gave me 30 sec massage after And I was charged a totally different amount then I was first told it felt like I got scammed also the gel fell off 5 days it only lasted 5 days !!!! Smh never again I don’t care how fancy it looks I just want my nails done right

I'm torn over giving 4 or 5 stars. 5 Stars: beautiful environment that's also comfortable and relaxing. The techs know what they're doing and do a good job. -Stars because the front desk employees are too numerous and unhelpful. After a recent pedicure, they just sat texting while I was drying. Other salons will come over and give a little back rub, put the oil on your toes, or will help my some what disabled mother with her shoes. The two girls at the front desk could never be distracted from their cell phones to notice any of this was going on.

I don't get manicures or pedicures often at all. However, I am in a wedding and got my nails done yesterday. The pedicure was out of this world. Emma did an amazing job and spent a lot of time on me despite it being super busy. It was super relaxing. I enjoyed the massage part. Only thing is I wish the girl at the front desk who sat me there told me how to work the chair. As someone who rarely gets pedicures, I need direction. My gel manicure looks great and I was conflicted between two colors but Emily suggested me mixing them and the color was perfect. She did a nice job.

Paradise is an institution in Morris County! I've been going to the one in Randolph since Ann opened. I have always had a great experience and I have gotten almost all of their services! I especially love their gel fills, gel manicures, Swedish massages, pedicures (are the best you'll find!), and their hidden gem are their facials- absolutely amazing! Everyone that I take there, has a great day and becomes a regular! Both Spas (Randolph & Morris Plains) have great staff and a clean and calming spa environment.

I stopped coming here for acrylics because they lack the level of artistry I’ve come to enjoy with my nails. I refuse to let them touch my brows after the same girl butchered them twice . I do however come here often to get a spa pedicure. It really does depend on who you get . A few of the women can really do an amazing pedi while others are so so . The women at the desk are amazing though . Very courteous and professional.

$70.00 for plain acrylic tips on a 14 year old. Ridiculous I pay that with rhinestones and glitz. Way over priced. Plus we called in advance and was quoted a totally different price. Beware!!!

my first experience with Paradise spas was a few years ago when I was given a gift certificate. I didn't get mani-Pedis often, but treated myself here and there. I recently started making it a routine. I am always happy with the techs at Paradise. they are friendly, efficient and do great work. The spa has a nice relaxing feel without being pretentious. I have been able to walk in with out much of a wait and always have felt welcomed.

Veronica does AMAZING eyelash extensions. I am always able to get an appointment, even last minute. The only reason I did not give five stars, is because of the location of the spa. Its located in a multi business building, and right above them is a gym. There is constantly people dropping weights and it sounds like the floor is going to crash through from above. So, if you're getting a massage or eyelash extensions (anything in the spa) its pretty scary when someone drops a barbell. (It shakes the whole building)

Wonderful place! I have gotten nearly every service offered (nails, pedi, facial, massage, eyelash extensions) and I am beyond pleased every time. I recently moved out of Morris County, and I still travel to Paradise for my nails - every other nail salon I tried in my area just didn't compare. The technicians are skilled and the receptionists are lovely and professional. Highly recommend!
