Easily the best massage place in Boise. It has several excellent masseuses who can cure what ails you - especially if you have athletic issues. Although it's located in a strip mall, the interior is upscale and soothing.

After posting about an experience that left me less than enthused, the manger spoke to me personally and rectified this issue and offered a sincere apology. It's important to me to have a great customer service experience and some days businesses don't get it right and that's understandable. The difference between good business practices and poor ones is making it right with the customer and that's exactly what they did for me. I'll plan on going back again for another great session.

Taylor is the Esthetician there and shes AMAZING! I go every 2 weeks to get my eyelashes filled and im never disappointed! She is so sweet and has so much knowledge about her lashes! I would highly recommend her!

Amber did the deep cleaning facial on me and she was an absolute doll! I had a wonderful time talking and getting to chat for a bit and enjoying the essence of the spa. It was my very first facial I have ever received, and already have a 2nd facial scheduled. I will be coming back every month to keep my skin looking as glowing and fresh as she did for me!

I love this place! Finally, an elegant, CLASSY affordable spa in Boise. I've been here twice in one week! The first time was for an 80 minute hand and foot massage with a woman named Rachel. She was amazing! I was in and out of sleep the whole time. Then I came back for a full body massage with Michelle. Holy baby Jesus. I've gotten massages at some of the most famous spas in NY and LA. These girls are blowing all those joints out of the water. The place smells wonderful! It's got a really great vibe. The girls that work there are very nice. They also have a create-your-own bath salt station. I was informed that you actually absorb minerals better through your skin than orally. And since I suffer from chronic low energy and occasional headaches- they set me up with the right salt/essential oils combo to take home. They have fancy salts like Himalayan and organic French and fancy oils like peppermint and bergamot- they smell aaaaaamazing! I became a member because the membership pays for itself because it comes with a free massage. So yeah- this place is a gem.

This spa is fabulous! Myself and my family have only used their massage services. My husband and I first went for a special date visit then we fell in love with this place! We decided to purchase the membership which at first I thought was out of our budget but we made it work and I must say it was worth it! I told my parents about it and they started going as well, now my mom has a membership as well. One great perk is that we have moved out of state and still had credits left on our account that we already paid for. When I come back into town, I am able to use them even until they run out with no expiration date. It is just perfect! I am so looking forward to going back home to visit and indulging in a regular massage like we always used to do. Thank you Organic Origins for bringing this luxury into our lives. We are still hunting for a replacement in our new state, you guys will be tough to beat.

As a person who simply tidies up around the location ("day porter") I want to be on record saying how wonderful these people are. Jessica, particularly, I have to thank for being so very patient, kind, understanding, happy, accepting, nonjudgmental,and helpful. She didn't need to be, as I did interrupter her in the middle of her day three times. I may have been wanting to help, but three times was a bit much. She is a true professional. As far as massage, I am not one who would opt for that professionally, but if I were to do so in Boise, these people would be the only ones I would call.

Let's be honest there isn't a whole lot of spas to choose from here in Boise. I travel here about once a year to visit my best friend and when I do I'm always on the look out for a relaxing spa massage. Located in a unobtrusive strip mall I wasn't expecting much from this spa. Upon walking in I was blown away! My nose was immediately flooded with soothing aromatherapy and the environment just oozes tranquility and relaxation not to mention it's absolutely gorgeous! The spa looks small from the outside but it's quite large. There was a room to the right for foot massages only and about 6-8 private treatment rooms. My massage itself was fantastic. I believe the massage therapist name was Rachel...I highly recommend the 80min massage! She used organic lavender oils which is my absolute favorite scent. I was in heaven! I'm so thankful I have finally found a place to relax and unwind and call home when I am in Boise!

The massage therapist was very good, talked a lot during the massage though which was a bit of a different experience for me...a few up sales which was a little bit of a turn off but not that big of a deal. The main lobby music wasnt calming, more jazz like and very distracting. Otherwise, a really good experience and I would go back again.

This place is amazing! I was celebrating my 50th birthday, coming from Las Vegas to my hometown with 4 of my friends, and the first spa we were looking at was booked. Our group could only do a Sunday, so we were limited in choices. Organic Origins popped up and the reviews were good so I thought we'd take a chance. Upon calling, the manager was able to make our appointments and even allowed us to make last minute changes. I was still unsure as we were going to this place site unseen. The minute we walked in, I was at ease. The ambience, cleanliness, greeting by staff members, and efficiency in checking us in, ensured us that we were going to have a great time. We tried the massages, facials, and leg/foot massages. All I can say is.... amazing! Each therapist was so professional, listened to our concerns (as some of our party had arthritis), and operated within the allotted timeline. They allowed us to bring light snacks, as it was an all day affair, provided complimentary sparkling cider, and gave us a small private room to relax in between appointments. As we finished up and paid our bill, the manager presented me with flowers and an adorable birthday card signed by the staff. They are currently expanding and will be offering wet services such as scrubs and wraps. We will definitely be back!!! Definitely a 5 star place!

The facility is very nice, and Nichole was amazing! My criticism with this facility is their promotional 4 visit for $50 program. I had purchased 2 of these, one for me and one for my spouse. Another person had come in and somehow used his card number, so his visits were compromised. They were unwilling to accommodate their error. I just called to use my 4th visit, and they can see in front of them I have 1 visit left. I have misplaced my card, so my visit will go unused, and expire to their benefit. They have the gift card number on my account, so would know that no one else had used it. Their prices are outrageous otherwise, so had not planned on going back after my 4 visits.

The front desk is extremely friendly and accommodating, whether you're talking to them on the phone or in person. The lobby/waiting area has a very relaxing feel to it and is comfortable while you wait for your appointment. Getting an appointment reasonably soon is not difficult, which is more than I can say for some of the other highly-reviewed places in town. Kim did an outstanding job working out the horrid knots in my back/neck from my desk job. She was ridiculously friendly and communicative, and left me with a note that provided some advice and listed the muscles that she noticed were especially tense that I should work on stretching out. The first-visit pricing is EXCELLENT, and should you sign up for the Wellness Plan (aka membership), it's a pretty great deal: no contracts or cancellation fees, and the benefits roll over from month to month so you don't need to worry if you miss a month. From what I can tell, everything about it is transparent; there's no hidden fees/clauses that they'll try to spring on you (should that change, I will definitely edit my review). Overall, these people know how to run a business and make their customers happy. Highly recommended.
