I was a little reluctant to do this at first. I mean you see them on different TV shows or things like that and they always show how great they are which would normally mean they are the exact opposite. Well I can tell you now from personal experience that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is exactly as advertised. They showed up early in clean matching uniforms. They immediately introduced themselves in a very professional manner. After looking at the items to be removed they were able to give me a very fair price quote for the removal and after agreeing to the terms they immediately got to work. It took them only a matter of minutes to get all the items loaded and the job finished. After that we completed the paperwork and they said their goodbyes again being VERY professional about the whole thing. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 1-800-GOT-JUNK? to anyone needing removal work done. THEY ARE EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED !! Which is a rare thing nowadays.

HORRIBLE!!! Will never even consider using this service again! I had an appointment Sunday the 23rd and I told them over the phone it was to remove brick and dirt as well as some household items. The people showed up an hour and a half late and couldn’t move what I needed moved because they weren’t prepared at all. Quoted me $409 for a full bedload for the brick and dirt and $438 for the household items. I decided to have them come back this morning the 24th and just remove the brick so my kids could play in the backyard. The new people that came still quoted me $409 for the bedload and then loaded up 1/3 of the brick and then said it’d be AT LEAST another full bedload. How can I get two quotes that matched and then when they had already started now it will be 2-3 times what I was quoted?!? Total joke and rip-off. I told them to leave and paid just the initial $409! Worst experience and total waste of money

The guys arrived 45 minutes later. They had everything out, which filled more than half their truck, in less than two hours. Everyone, from customer service on the phone to the drivers, were so polite and helpful. The ending charge was less than the original quote. I would use them again and highly recommend to anyone who needs to get rid of stuff in a hurry.

Employees were friendly and on time. The reason for the low rating is the price. What a ripoff!!!! $369 for some empty boxes, trash bags, and a tv stand. They kept saying they are a full service but they did not break down the boxes to save room on the truck. I ended up only having them take half of the things and still paid $200. They could’ve stacked everything better to save more room. Should’ve just ordered a dumpster from my trash company for $299 which would fill up a GOT JUNK truck 2x.

The service I received for my pick up was really good! The movers were courteous and they took care in making sure the furniture was moved in a manner that wasn’t destructive to our house or to the items being donated. The only disappointment was being quoted a different price on the phone and then being requested to pay a higher price when the movers arrived, which I refuted, and I was able to pay the lower price quoted. When you try to bait and switch customers, we’re more than likely not going to use you in the future. It doesn’t show your business in the best light or with good integrity!
