The older Lady working the window is extremely rude. She talks down to you and assumes you're just a crack head looking to sell stolen copper. I typically don't write reviews but I've never felt so insulted by someone before even speaking. It's as is she is trying to persuade you to not do business there. Well she did a good job because I took my copper elsewhere. Right up the street is another scrap yard in Belle Chasse who were extremely easy to deal with and paid me on the spot unlike mrs. Grinch who wanted me to wait until next week to get paid for my "stolen goods". You got to love a free market.
