I do many reviews of businesses on Google. I've been doing a study on The New Country for about two years now. I have noticed that when I call about a product price they tell me a high price or they dont have it. I have had white people call and ask about the same part and they get lower pricing every time. I asked the company why I get different prices for the same part everytime I call. He paused for a moment and replies, "you know what. These are my parts and I can make the price whatever I want buddy"! I have nothing against the company personally. But discrimination is wrong. All money is green! The New Country is more than a name, it's this businesses lifestyle!

Called ahead to check if they had some parts I needed. They were friendly on the phone so I decided to head over and purchase what I needed. As soon as I walk in the door it was nothing but attitude. I was very polite and asked about my parts and when they could be ready. He started to rant about how everything is on his time and nobody elses, that when he feels like doing something for me he will. That shocked me, in no way was such a response warranted. I truly believe this is nothing more than a classic case of racism. Its very sad to see that this is still going on. DO NOT SPEND ONE DOLLAR HERE! I for sure never will but I will be letting everyone know about my experience there for the rest of my life. Im betting the guy with the attitude is the owners son or nephew and hes upset cause he turned out to be a sad sad little lazy man trying to feel big by telling people hes in charge. P.O.S!

The way their site is set up is awful. Too many hoops to go through to get to 1 part. Should just take pictures if the cars when you get them in then someone could send a request or call about a part.

They are very rude and the man on the phone got an attitude because I don't know salavaging a car is the same thing as selling it and then said. How about this I have no interest in the car and hung up on me. Very rude

Called their office, and they confirmed that they had the part I needed, and I could come over to pick it up. I go there, and they don't have it ready. I ask when they can get the part, and the employee hands me a can of spray paint, and tells me to find it myself. I trudge through the snow and (hopefully) found the right part, and marked it for him on one of the scrapped cars. He says he'll have it removed for me in two hours. I call them back 4 hours later. They forgot. They'll have it ready for me first thing in the morning. I call in the morning. They forgot. They'll call me *right back*. I call back 2 hours later. They forgot. This afternoon for sure, and they'll call me. I never heard anything back. I wasted 2 days of PTO from work, which I have in short supply, so that I could get my car fixed. However, this company's incompetence stopped me from getting my car fixed. Now I have to be at work tomorrow, and have no idea how I'm going to drive there. Would not call them again if they were the last junkyard in the city.
