Nate and Anthony did an amazing job! It was a very emotional day for me. I was leaving a home that my mother passed away in and I was challenged on what to pack and what to throw away. When they arrived I hadn’t packed a thing. They weren’t upset with me at all. They confirmed with me all I was ready to give away and they let me walk away. It was hard to find a junk removal company to remove a heavy upright piano. I called 1-800-Got-Junk? (Harford County, MD) and they came the next day. What is great is that they easily got into the military post I reside at. Three able bodied gentlemen showed up. All very respectful and happy to help. They quoted me the price, I agreed to it, they removed and loaded the piano to their sizeable truck, I paid and then they left. Phenomenal service. Very professional.

I've had two pickups in two days so I'm a repeat customer. I didn't remember the names of the two guys from day one, but they were very nice. Day two I had Dominic and Gavin and I'd even request them next time I need this service. Now all four guys had it quite easy as I hauled everying out of my house and piled it out front for easy retrival as I have a dog to contend with. I do have another house to clean out, so they may be sorry when i request them, but it will be nice to see them again. Especially since I could probably fill their truck at least twice. This is a great service especially for folks who can't do the lifting and hauling themselves.

Made an appointment online for our old mattress and boxspring to be hauled away, only to be told pricing wouldn't be available untip pickup, which seemed odd. The website asked for a window of time that would work for us, we said 11:00 - 1:00. They showed up at 9:20, and we were told the price to haul away a mattress and boxspring was a flat $150. That's highway robbery. Completely absurd. Not even priced based on the difficulty of the job, we made it very easy for them and it was still $150. The only good part of our experience was the very friendly and professional young men that came to pick it up.

Excellent service. The guys did an incredible job. They worked with my schedule and arrived promptly.I had a big pile of junk in my back yard. I live next to a hardware store that had recently elevated their rear parking lot, which caused all their rain runoff to essentially turn my yard into a swamp. Even though I didn't know how bad the mud would be - it was a huge mess - they stuck to it and got the job done. They were very courteous and respectful, and I would recommend this service to anyone. The team that came out kept in constant contact to let me know that they were on the way and when they couldn’t find my address they reached out immediately. It was a little more expensive then I thought it would be but it was worth it. They took everything and had it loaded up within 15 minutes. This is an amazing alternative for anyone who is unable to doing all the moving themselves. I had most of my stuff already sorted and in trash bags. The pricing was upfront. When it moved to a different bracket they told me and asked if I wanted to continue. They made sure to confirm what was going vs staying. Great experience. Will totally use this service my next move.
