My son going to 4th grade does not know how to write in sentences with punctuation.. who to blame? School? Teacher? He spends all day at school and I try my best to work extra at home.. and he still does not meet the 4th grader criteria. How did he pass the third grade? I am very surprised that the school closes eyes to pass children to next grade.
