The lady who me is at the door was friendly and conversed with everyone who walked in. Made us feel welcomed immediately. Excellent burgers and the fries are always hot. Unlimited fries are always a perk!! But generally one helping with a burger is plenty. Always someone there to help if you need anything (almost to much help). Kind of pricey for burger and fries but delicious every time. Parking is limited but more nearby. The wait for food is reasonable.

They have an amazing staff who are very quick and helpful, you'll be greeted at the door and asked if it is your first time. My sister and I are traveling from Chattanooga, TN to Seattle, WA and we stayed in Cheyenne for the night. This place was within walking distance of our hotel which was nice. The staff was so friendly, and the food was AWESOME!!! By far the best burger I have had thus far!! Had the Avocado Bacon burger and m sister had the Barnyard burger. If they would have been open the next morning, then I would have had a burger for breakfast! Don’t judge me! Haha Highly recommend this place!

This is one of the funnest, family owned businesses I’ve ever been to! They are so friendly and super sweet! The owner came and talked to us for quite some time and was crazy nice! A good portion of his family works there, (Wife, mother, sister, and I believe brother) they were all an absolute delight and crazy sweet! We will be back EVERYTIME we find ourselves in Cheyenne!

This place is AWESOME! I would HIGHLY recommend you stop here! My husband and I were up in Cheyenne Christmas shopping and just exploring the area. We drove up from Denver. Anyway, we googled places for lunch and this place popped up and it sounded good. We got to the restaurant and the sweetest lady greeted us at the door and explained how we pick what we want, order it at the register, pay, then go sit down and get waited on from there. So while we waited in line to order we skimmed the menu.. they had a good selection of foods! My husband and I both went for the Mushroom and Swiss burger! It was so good!!! I don't think that our drinks even got half empty and one of the ladies working was refilling it! On a side note, they have bottom less fries too! I didn't need a refill though, I was plenty full on the first round of food!! I would suggest you stop here!

I would compare this place to a family owned Red Robin except with a larger food selection. Staff is very attentive and on top of refills and making sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend.

The coke tasted like sanitizer. They said that they changed the bag but still trace amounts of sanitizer. The manager insisted that a burger that smelled rotten was fresh and you don't get that from frozen steak. The staff was understanding but the manager seemed like he only cares about one time customers and that he was not in the wrong.

Highly Recommended...! Not only did I have the pleasure of meeting Jerry (Owner) and enjoyed a great Conversation but Mary (Pictured)is the true face of this Restaurant.. She immediately made me feel at home and comfortable. Handed me a menu and began to explain the few features to help navigate. TRULLY a Blessing... The menu is pretty organized not overwhelming and very easy to understand. Many options for all types of taste. I ordered , the Towering Inferno Burger (Do see Picture)When I say Nothing is needed on this I mean Absolutely nothing, it is Perfectly seasoned well put together and delicious to the very last bite... I did sub my bottomless steak fries for the Sweetpotato Fries which came with this delicious butter sauce that's to die for.. I did enjoy my meal outside rather than indoors, the weather may play factor to some but today its beautiful. This establishment and the people are what make tourists want to visit places like Cheyenne. Any business needing that extra bit of advice to advance to the next level this would be my recommendation is to learn from the best... Definitely a repeat customer and return trip in near future..

We have come to enjoy this little local spot. They have a nice variety of burgers and the fries are bottomless ( if you can eat that many). The wait staff seems to be made up of high school kids who are very attentive, friendly and eager to help. If you're looking for a quick tasty meal, this is your spot! They serve beer and wine, note the wine selection is most likely boxed.

We were out of town, passing by and decided to eat here. And I gotta say I am happy with that decision! First, the service was excellent. We were greeted at the front door by a lady, who helped explain the menu and items. Super friendly, everyone was super nice. I'd feel like a the service alone wins this place a five star review. But it didn't end there because the food was great! I got an El Diablo burger. I loved the jalapeno bottle caps too! Prices were great too! Not to mention the cool decor they had going on. I wish I could rate this place more than 5+ stars. Definitely worth visiting again.

The philly steak sandwich had hardly any meat on one side. We told the waitress who did nothing to fix the issue. No more meat was added or adjustment was made to our bill, which was $25 for two sandwiches. The hamburger was just so so. We will never go back or recommend this place to others.

After staying in Denver for the week I decided to make the two-hour track up to Cheyenne so I could cross another state off of my bucket list. Of course, the drive made me a bit peckish, and this burger place came highly rated on Yelp. I'm glad I stopped in, as the servers were more than friendly and the burger was juicy, fresh, and cooked exactly the way I asked for. Make sure to sample the fries and the many dipping sauces. I don't know if I'll ever find my way back to Wyoming, but if I do, I'll be sure to give this place another visit.

An older woman that is either the owner, manager, or a bad employee tried to kick my wife out of the restaurant claiming we had not eaten and were not customers simply because my wife went to the car briefly and came back in. My food was raw, cold and flavorless onto of the rude woman. I would not recommend this place.

Wow, what a find!! I found this place by searching for gluten friendly restaurants in Cheyenne. And gluten friendly it was. The restaurant is family owned and operated....I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a friendlier staff. The food was absolutely terrific. They have a dedicated frier for their fries to prevent gluten cross-contamination (thank you!!!!). The restaurant was clean too. I will eat here every time I pass through Cheyenne. Five stars for this place!!!

My table was a little wobbly and (I believe) the owner came by after I was done eating to see how it could be fixed. I had the tuna burger and it was amazing! One of my favorite places in Cheyenne. Run by a nice local family. I've never had anything I didn't like. But my favorite is the avocado bacon burger. Also love the jalapeno bottle caps (battered deep fried jalapenos) served with chipotle ranch. You can also get beer and wine.

The fish and chips at this place are the best! Perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, juicy and delicious inside. Served with large fries, tarter sauce, coleslaw and a lemon slice. SOOO much better than the fish and chips food truck.

2 doors down is my local go to place for better burgers. They have a great selection. Everything I have tried has been super delicious. The fries are also better. But more importantly are the staff. They are great here. They always make me feel welcome. I see the same staff here all the time so this team has been together for a long time. It shows because they are super awesome. In fact I actually go because the staff is so good more than the food ( which is also super good). If you want a burger that is a cut above the rest and want to be around people who love what they do and are genuinely happy to see you. This is the place to go
