Nice twist on BBQ! Loved the K-pop fries. Busy and small. You may want to avoid peak hours. Somehow they forgot our order on our second visit but the were quick to fix once they were aware of their mistake. Even gave us complimentary pot stickers for the inconvenience.

First visit had bulkogi tacos and hoduk dessert. Tacos we're excellent! Who would have thought, right? It just works. I used to live in Korea and my wife likes and cooks Korean, and this place is worthy of a visit. Next time: Those Bulkogi fries! Service was simple and friendly.

Very good. The beef tacos were my favorite. They allow you to do combos on the meat choices for the fries and tacos in case you have a hard time deciding. Tried chicken on half of the fries but I felt the flavor was overpowered by the sauces. Haven't tried pork but will next time. 5 star on beef and 4 star on everything else I tried (spice chicken, curry rice balls and noodle balls).

Great food. The know fries are amazing. The "First Date" Burger was great. The Mr Kim was just ok. Surprisingly bland for all the great sounding toppings Parking can be tricky but do able. Not many soda options.

If your in midvale and hungry check this place out. The sandwich and steak fries, not sure what the actual name is, are great. The kimchi riceballs are ok. I wouldn't get them again but if you're curious like I was an order of them is only $3

Pleasently surprised! This is definitely worth a try! It's cheap and the food is really good! When we pulled up, in the middle of midvale, the outside looked like a hole in the wall type of restaurant. We walked and the atmosphere was modest and relaxed. The guy at the register was helpful and nice, and in back you see an open kitchen with Mom and Dad cooking away. It was nice to see actually. The food came out pretty fast and it was SOOOO GOOD!!! American meets BBQ meets Korean! This is on our list of favorite, and frequent, places now!

Tried this place bcuz of the Wasatch Savings card-between us we had a Vampire Burger-hubby loved it & the Sweet Potato fries,I had the Rice Bowl with beef- not spicy, great portion & flavors combined, daughter had a shredded beef sandwich-she loved the flavors too-had the Pot Stickers-we will definately go back-small place kind of hidden-WORTH TO FIND!! GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE!

For a State St restaurant, this is nicer than I expected. The Kalbi burger was great. Bun was toasted perfectly. We also got tacos that were good. Korean beef is always good. Tortillas were cheap but what we expected. Decor was good. Restaurant was clean .

It a little hard to get into on the street coming from the south side but their food is tasty and no matter what we get for our burger or sandwich we always get the k-pop fries and the kimchi rice balls. Love this place

Super good spot if you are in the area! I agree with another reviewer, the girl at the counter when I was there was super friendly and patient. A real stand out as far as customer service goes. I hope she reads these reviews and knows it's her. (I don't know how many people they have working the counter at this location.) I got the kalbi burger w a side of kimchi. I liked the Kalbi burger a lot. It was nice to have an egg on a burger without it running all over the place. Everything was as fresh as it can be! Not the best burger ever (a little lacking in flavor in the meat) but a very good burger none the less! The kimchi was pretty good. Again, not the best I've ever had, but very good. For my personal tastes it was a little too soupy and sweet. I tend to like a more dry and funky kimchi, but that's just personal preference. Excellent little restaurant. I'm rarely in this part of the valley, but I will definitely stop by again if I'm in the area!

Friendly service. I was not overly impressed with the hamburger I had. Everything including the egg seemed to be a bit over cooked. I have had better and have had worse. I would not rule out returning but would definitely try something other than a hamburger.

I used to go to their food truck all the time. Went to the brick and mortar location twice now around 4 pm both times I walk in wait for 2-3 minutes make some noise, yell hello and nobody comes up to help me. what's the point of having a restaurant if there's nobody there to serve you food?

Terrific Asian fusion restaurant. Everything I've had on the menu has been absolutely wonderful. Only downside is parking. If you try to go during rush hour from the south end of State Street, it is impossible to make the turn.

I got the curry, kimchi, and noodle balls. Yes, a lot of balls...packed full of delicious flavors!!! The kpop fries topped with bulgogi beef were excellent. Very filling and and good quality. It's some of the best I've had in a long time, and they make their own bulgogi beef! There was some wait but for the food you get it's worth it!

I love the K-fries. I'll eat potatoes in any form, and having bulgogi instead of chili on the fries makes it much less messy and equally as tasty. I've had the kimchi rice balls which were OK, but I really love their dumplings. I always get dumplings as a kind of measure for restaurants and though I'm not a fan of deep friend mandoo, these were still good!

Its a small dining area, and its super busy with only 3 employees. I had the nachos, and they are not what I expected. They were over priced for movie theater nachos. It was like soupy cheese and gross pork. Just make sure you know what you are getting when you order. But the staff was super nice.

Yeah I'll be going here again! Far surpassed my expectations. Food was delicious, especially the k pop fries. Dining area was clean, restrooms are small and could use some deep cleaning. Parking seemed small too but probably adequate for dining area size. Service was very friendly.

I love this place! It’s one of those little spots that I tell people to go eat at when they are in the area. I order the beef bulgolgi tacos. Because who doesn’t love Korean BBQ and who doesn’t love tacos right! I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. I’d recommend doing the same. Try a burger if you’re hesitant to venture in to the world of Korean fusion. I give it a thumbs up and I’ll be back.

the fries are good and i would go back for them but noodles are a pass, the tacos are a pass, and the potstickers are what you would expect from frozen fried potstickers. i got this from grub hub and the packaging was smashed and the bag was full of soy sauce. and it was cold not that i can blame the restraunt for this but that was my meal from bumblebees bbq

Bulgogi fries are the only thing I've tried so far (like five times, haha) but are really good! Meat has been consistently tasty and tender and the overall texture of the meal is great. Definitely a favorite of mine!

The K-Pop fries were recommended by a friend, so we decided to check it out. We have been addicted ever since! They are amazing! The Vampire Slayer Burger is by far one of the best garlic burgers in the valley. The Kim chi is also some of the best I have eaten around here. If you are looking for a friendly environment and a nice staff with amazing food. These guys are it! We are local and this has become a favorite. Way better than a fast food burger.

Wonderful experience with high quality cuisine. If you're looking for hard core Korean this isn't the place BUT the Korean fusion here is executed extremely well. Their burgers are a great example where they mix Korean ingredients and it works! I had the Mr Kim with kimchi and egg and it was wonderful. The fries were not my thing but I see why they're popular. I wish I could give 4.5 stars.

I LOVE the KPOP fries here. BUT the plates of Korean food aren’t great, I would go to cupbop for some rice/noodles and meat dish. The KPOP fries tho are DANK. Like carne asada fries but Korean style and sooooooo good. That’s why I’m giving it five stars.
