Never been there and had never heard of the restaurant. Several of us were invited to attend because of our volunteer work we do. The choice to have a meeting there was a great one. I had a wonderful first time experience. Food was great. Atmosphere was great and the highlight during this meeting was meeting Mr. Shaq while we were there. Very approachable and nice young man. I was so surprised and touched at how he walked around and shook hands, acknowledging each person, took a few pictures and he even picked up our tab before leaving the restaurant...WHAT? Who does that. I will be going back!!

Delicious chicken sandwiches, the fries were different in my opinion, I wasn't too fond of them, but that's just because I like thick fries. The strawberry lemonade was good, especially with the Malibu Rum and Tito's. Can't wait to go back...

Late night hunger tends to lead to interesting places. This was around the corner from our hotel and we figured why not. We were all surprised and the food was delicious! The chicken was crispy and juicy and the fries were great. They have 6 different sauces as well to dip. Definitely would stop there again.

I just went there today for the first time I'm going to give an honest review the place looks amazing divide is great very clean modern and stylish the paper towels on the tables as awesome there are real Fountain drinks and sodas homemade root beer and speciality flavored drinks... the drinks are really good.. I guess the thing that threw me off a little bit was when you call yourself big chicken you expect a big piece of chicken..lol.. I ordered The Big Aristotle.. some fries and a drink and I guess I just expected for 15 bucks to get bigger portions the burger was not that big comprable to an In and Out Burger.. I don't know why in my head I was expecting like a Whopper..size lol I honestly think the food was good but after I noticed a heavier than normal salty feeling.. I couldn't iron down the specific taste.. like I said it wasn't a bad experience overall it was good but the taste of the food the quantity of the food for the price you pay just didn't add up

Good experience. Got the sliders and BC fries. The fries are thin cut steak fries. They we're cooked perfectly...just enough soft to them. The Shaq sauce was not to my liking. It was weird lol Otherwise good.

Chicken sandwiches aren't too big and small. There are regular and spicy types. There are sliders too. Shakes are really good and are pretty big in size.

The food was fresh at 11:30 PM! My "Charles Barkley" sandwich was juicy with good flavor. It had macaroni and cheese on it - but there was no conflict. I recommend this place.

This is a nice place to kick back and enjoy some excellent chicken. There is a nice friendly ambience about this establishment and it also has a full-service liquor bar. If I lived in Las Vegas this might become my go to place to relax and get away from the strip.

Big Chicken was a great place I like the decor of the restaurant. We were greeted with open arms when we walked in. The chicken was a great tasteful and great quality chicken the waffles fries where delicious as well a long with the lemon we haven't had any good quality of lemonade seens we left home good job Shaq. The only reason I dont give Big Chicken a five star is because the chicken is not big what so ever like the bartender had expected to me and it is in the name as well BIG CHICKEN

Kind of confusing when you first enter because I wasnt sure where to order. Ended up at the bar area, but sure enough the fried chicken was spot on! Everything is variation of fried tenders it seemed. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals.

Tucked in behind CVS, it's easy to miss, but it was pretty damn good. Chicken strips looked burnt but in actuality were perfectly cooked, unbelievably tender, and tasty. A tad bit on the salty side however. The Shaq sauce was a nice accompaniment. Flat french fries looked like shaved steak fries, but they were good as well. Variety of BBQ sauces to try made for a nice change of pace from your usual chicken shack. Sandwiches, salads, milkshakes, and alcoholic beverages are also available. This will definitely give Raising Cane's a run for the money, but at the prices of this location, maybe not. Three chicken strips for $7.49, five for $10.29. Fries and drinks are extra.

Yo, I think this place is great. The food is excellent the service was magnificent. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The Shaq attack is so good it has so many different flavors and they all blend so well. I would recommend this place to everyone. Great job Shaq.

I received very good customer service from the cashier (absolutely lovely! Wish I had gotten their name!) to the manager. I love the idea of not charging for sauce. I really enjoyed my sandwich and the Mac and cheese was great. I’ll be back!

❤️ Amazing! The presentation of my order was on point. My sandwich and fries were to die for & at an extremely reasonable price. You won't find better strawberry lemonade anywhere! The restaurant was super clean. The employees are very friendly. Shout-out to the bartender, Chaz for helping make our first time a great one! Big Chicken kicks Popeyes and Chik-fil-a's @sses - hands down. Definitely my new go-to spot.

Waited over thirty minutes for my food and never got it. Asked how much longer and was told there was still 8 orders a head of mine. I asked for a refund and the manager wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed that I wouldn't wait 20 more minutes for my food. Also was told you can't get the Nashville hot sauce on the side or anything but a certain sandwich. That it is law of the company and the chef is emailed the second they try and order it on the side or with another item. Very disappointed on the service and the wait for food to be cooked.

It was okay! I got a plain chicken sandwich with house sauce. The chicken breast was juicy, but the coating was just a bit greasy. The house sauce did have a smokey flavour, but it wasnt overpowering. The french fries were seasoned well and I couldn't stop eating them. They have a great choice of fountain sodas as well!!

The chicken strips were good and I really enjoyed it. I wish the air conditioner worked but they had a fan that helped with the heat. Really cool employees and it was nice. I didn’t get any alcohol here because it was already a little warm and I don’t think I could stand the heat. I’ll be back on my next visit.

Tasty food but WAY OVERPRICED! I was visiting Vegas and stumbled upon Big Chicken by accident. When we realized it was owned by Shaq we decided to visit the next day for lunch. I ordered the 5 piece strips, just strips no fries or drink. Cost me roughly $11 and the strips were no bigger than a McDonald's chicken nugget. They offered a 3 piece strip for almost $8. Shaq knows his big *** would not be satisfied on that small a portion. I have to admit the food was delicious just way too small a portion and way to pricey. I will never return. If the prices were better I would give more stars.

The fries were extremely too hard and there’s this one young man. He’s a server (light Hispanic wears glasses and I believe he has piercings). Very rude. My company asked very nicely if he could exchange the hard cooked fries. He quickly snatched them over cooked fries brought the “fresh fries” back and said very loud and sarcastically, “ Merry Christmas.” That wasn’t necessary at all. Please dispose of unnecessary attitudes in this establishment or it will bring it down

Really well done chicken sandwich and concept. Room was clean, all staff engaging and sandwiches were delicious. Obviously being in such a high traffic tourist area, value is not at the fore front. But good to see that some celebrities slap their name on a quality product. Operators care about what they are doing. Well done to the team!!!

Seeing her swinging/moving side to side preparing the food, since it was busy, & they all seem to be energetic, i worry of all that dirt getting on my food. Just glad i ordered to- go waffle fries, which was really great. But never coming back there. Uncovered & long hair around food prep is a food handling violation.

Finally got to grab a sandwich here and it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I have eaten! Also I think there was a chair meant for Shaq to use when he visits because it made the rest of the chairs look like kids chairs. Overall loved the soda collection and the food and will definitely return. Theres a full bar as well as a milkshake menu that I want to try

Great friendly atmosphere, deco. Food was good, had Uncle Jerome Spicy Nashville hot chicken sandwich but wasn't HOT enough and it had shredded lettuce. Make it hotter with leaf lettuce and you get 5 stars.

This place is AWESOME The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the chicken..don’t get me started! It was HANDS DOWN the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life. So juicy and so tender. Very well seasoned, as well. They have a great variety of drinks and sauces. I had an Oreo shake with my meal that was SO good, however, I don’t think it was worth $6 because it was pretty small. Everything else was Big, though. Especially the sandwich. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back to Big Chicken! *I’d also like to throw in that Eric had superb customer service!*

Bottom line: it's Chik Fill A but WAY better Worth the drive all the way to Las Vegas for today's spotlight meal: BIG CHICKEN. This grub hub is the mind child of THE Shaquille O' Neal and his mom and Grandma's recipes. I've tried a few sandwiches, some while tipsy and some while sober and wow. One of our favorite pit stops and guilty eats in the city of sin. Price: $$ Staff: amazing! Yummy: you betcha

Very good chicken sandwiches, I'd say better than Chic-fil-a or Popeyes, but it's Strip adjacent (across the street from Hard Rock) so the prices are a little steep for what you get, as can be expected. The customer service was very friendly, and the person working the floor was very attentive and polite. My son wanted to try it for his Birthday, so we went around 5:30 and the service was fast, despite the small dining room being nearly full. It's also very close to UNLV, and appears to ramp up into a more bar like atmosphere in the evening.

My boyfriend and I were there in June in Vegas for the 1st time and some guy from the hotel we were staying at recommend Big Chicken. It was awesome. I had the Charles Barkley, I have to say it beats Chick-fil-a anyday. The customer service was on par. Also they have the best Strawberry Lemonade. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

For dinner I ordered one of the signature sandwiches and an order of chicken tenders. The flavors are not bad by any means. I enjoyed their variety of sauces the store has to offer. However It is tough for it to compete with other establishments with similar items in this Vegas market. I will, however, mention that the portion of the chicken tenders should be more consistent.

The chicken strips were delicious. The chef, Rob, came out and greeted customers and explained the concept of Big Chicken. That was a nice touch. I love the drink selections. This is something a lot of places don't put a lot of thought into and I really wish they did. The fries are good and I really like the cut they chose. The sauces are good, I personally like the mustard one the best with Shaq sauce a close 2nd. Potato salad was good and had flavor. The Mac N Cheese was okay, it just needs more flavor, but the topping was good. Overall, the place is clean with very inviting and trendy decor. I would say an upscale fast food.

Meh... I had some strips. They were small. Like, the size of a big chicken nugget. Sandwiches look more substantial; have them instead. Place was clean, strips tasted fine (not amazing). I'll try somewhere else probably next time.

Chicken is delicous. Love the seasoning. Tasty enough that you don't need sauces the chicken stand on its own. The fries are great too. I'm going to deduct a star for the price. It's quite pricey. A three strips meal with fries came to 12 and change. That's quite the markup. Get it under 10 bucks and will eat here more often.

This place was really good. It has quite a few unique features about it such as a full bar and a drink station with draft sodas. The chicken sandwiches are definitely delicious and have a lot of different flavors. The fries are good as are the tenders. The prices aren't bad for that area of town, the very touristy area, coming in about $15 per person. Give it a try, it's worth it.

I am going to be as honest as can be.Very pricey for something so small. Including the establishment. $45 for a family of 4 to eat here. You will pay roughly $9 just for a SANDWICH then another $4 to get fries and a drink. They guard the bathroom as if it was gold. 1 female bathroom and 1 male bathroom.Mind you. You will have to ask for a key!! No A.C. No one cleaning the sitting areas. Service lacked,big time. Dissapointed. Just like name brand clothing you are paying for the name.

Ok 1st thank you to the manager? For taking my picture with Shaq, that was amazing. I appreciate it fully. 2nd the food is great, the Bay Area needs a Big Chicken desperately. And Shaq is one of the nicest humans ever, brought tears to our eyes as he fed a homeless man, gave him some sound advice, and $100. I have NEVER seen anything like that and will never forget. Honestly more people need to be like Shaq and truly do some good. What a guy!!! Best experience in Las Vegas for sure

One hell of a chicken sandwich. I landed on the "Shaq Attack" a peppered fried chicken sandwich with a Jalapeno Cabbage Slaw and some sweet potato fries on the side. Excellent food and great customer service. The decor is very relaxed and current. Be sure to arrive early as seating fills quickly (self-seating).

The food here is awesome. I had the strips while my friends had the sliders and the chicken sandwich with the slaw on it. Everyone love it. The place needs to be bigger however. The area with the sauce and soda fountain is just to small for the amount of people that was there. But overall great place for chicken. I actually love Big Chicken over Chick-Fil-A. And that's saying A LOT.

Good food and very reasonable prices. Try the chicken strips and the Shaq Daddy burger. Parking is a bit limited though. Go early for lunch to avoid the crowd.

The food was good. However, the customer service sucks. I've been there twice and staff has no interactions with customer's after taking their order. Maybe it's just African American's. I would have love for someone to ask me how my food was instead of just looking me in my face no saying anything. I won't go back as result.

To be honest not worth all the hype. It's pretty small and the chicken is kinda mediocre. Also doesn't have one piece of Knights gear in here. Get outta here with that. Bartender is super hot tho.

The chicken was decent, certainly not better than popeyes. The portions were about half what I would expect for the price, and I am a small woman! I felt bad for the large men coming into the establishment. Hard to believe Shaq owns the joint.

Right when you walk in. Bri is there to greet you. She is amazing and very helpful with the menu. You have to walk to the back where they have a large menu on the wall and that’s where you have to order your food. The guy at the register (john) was very rude and acted like he hated every bit of what he was doing. After sitting at the bar and ordering the tropical mule (which is good) Robert the bartender was a sweet heart. Our food came. I got the sliders, Mac and cheese and fries. They were really good. The prices aren’t so bad. The place is clean and lots of seating. Go check them out.

Food was ok sauce and beverage choice was the best. Too pricey for what it was also the menu item should at least have regular wings on it nope just tenders and chicken sandwiches fries was good. I just expect more coming from shaq restaurant

Good food. Nice flavors. Really liked the fries. I ordered Shaq attack, dirty fries, mac and cheese. Kids didn't like the mac and cheese which was suprising. I tasted and they are right. Wasn't any good. Tasted like it had been sitting around awhile. Loved the sauce bar and draft sodas. I would give 5 stars but stale mac and cheese takes a star and lose another star for any place that you have to request a key to use bathroom. I understand this is filthy Vegas but still not that hard to setup regular bathroom cleaning schedule with employees.
