YIKES! I think if a restaurant has a sanitation grade under 95% it should be fully disclosed to pick up orders. I know why it doesn't happen but it should. "Thank you for calling (in this case) Bone Fish grille, we may not have washed our hands in preparation of your food or there might be a family of mice nibbling on your bread because our sanitation grade is 90%, would this be a request for reservation or a to go order?" Praying hard over this bang bang. Also serving the creme brulee to go should stop if this is the presentation...a blob in a to go container. The whipped cream even comes in a ramekin. Smh.

Oscar cobia was fantastic. Havent had a bad thing here yet. If you get a chance to sit at the bar, it is quite the orchestra that happens back there making drinks for the waiting patrons, patrons at the bar, and patrons dining. The crew work together at it is fun to watch!

Ordered lobster no butter was brought ou, received it after asking twice. Potatoes came out rotten. Was told by manager that they had received a bad batch of potatoes. Manager took the lobster off the bill but doesn't change a bad meal. And if you know you have bad potatoes why serve them.

It was amazing! The bang bang shrimp tacos were to die for! There happy hour food menu was delicious. I would recommend the muscles, the cod sliders and calamari off the happy hour menu! I went in for lamb chops with a friend however the no longer had them on the menu. Our waitress was so awesome. She is definitely a people person. So instead we ordered a strawberry and a pineapple martini and they were delicious. I would go back just for the wonderful interaction with our waitress who is only there like twice a week bummer. Overall, I had a great lunch with my family on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the Cod Imperial with green beans. The melted cheese was a perfect pair to the combination of seafoods. I would definitely order it again! On special occasions, I highly suggest ordering the Coconut Pie. It is the perfect palate cleanser! A chef secret is to order it warmed, you will not regret it.

No matter how good the restaurant for food or drink, it's the service that makes the difference every time. We had a young lady who was thoroughly attentive and willing to accommodate every request our table placed on her for the orders, and dividing the checks. This place definitely lived up to my expectations. The service was impeccable, the waiter/waitress will throughly go through the menu with you if it's your first time or if your looking for recommendations. Their signature appetizer "Bang Bang Shrimp" had a hint of spice but not overwhelming. They have such good portions that my husband and I were full before our main dish came. If you're not into seafood they've still got you covered in the beef/meat department. The burgers were a good grade of beef and cooked to order.

My SO and I always love eating here. We had the lobster fritters tonight, and they were above average decent. We enjoy the drinks, but they are very expensive (as usual). However, this isn't a unique bonefish issue, as most of the markup is used to cover the cost of procuring and maintaining a liquor license. Overall, we will eat here continually until we are given a reason not to.

Oh my gosh, in the Midwest! A Seafood Restaurant, that actually knows how to prepare Fish properly! The "Bang Bang Shrimp" are to die for! We also had Monkfish and Swordfish, with Pumpkin Ravioli, tender and juicy, and tasty. Our waitress, was so friendly, and always came around to check on us. I never give out 5 Stars, but the only thing, I didn't like were my green Beans, and my Margarita, too strong!

This is a great, relatively upscale, seafood restaurant. My wife and I had excellent fish dishes and our two year old daughter even helped herself to two helpings of Mac and cheese from the kid's menu. Our server was also polite, helpful, and quick!

We went around 5 p.m. on a Wednesday evening. Place was already somewhat busy and by the time we left there were probably 10-15 people waiting for tables. Bang Bang Shrimp for appetizer, can't go wrong!!! I had salmon, fabulous as always! Husband had trout for first time, also fabulous! Not overly fishy, seasoned perfect! Quality of food is always amazing, a long with the exceptional service. Highly recommend. Best place in town for seafood!

First time going. We had the Tuesday special (special menu where you get salad, entree with choice of two sides, and a dessert)... we shared the salmon with the mango salsa (but you can choose from a variety of other sauces/toppings) and had the brownie for dessert. We got food poisoning from our Feb 16 dinner specials. My girlfriend and I went to the Cary Bonefish Grill the weekend after Valentine's day for a sweetheart celebration. We both ordered off the specials menu. About an hour after we returned home she began complaining of chills and a headache. It just got worse from there. It was definitely food poisioning. She ordered the seafood gnocchi dish. I felt fine after ordering the Scallops and Shrimp pasta.

As far as seafood goes in the Triangle area, Bonefish is one of the best options. They have a lot of options and food is always good. You can eat healthy here too, just skip the bread if you dare. Of course, the bang bang shrimp is always amazing. I love scallops and mahi mahi so I usually get one of those two dishes. I also like their house salad with house dressing.

I've always loved the ambiance, the quality of service, and the food. Once I find something I love on the menu, I tend to order it every single time. This last time, I expected to get my favorite salad. I cannot remember for the life of me what it was called, but it had mixed greens, mango, tomatoes, blue cheese, blackened chxn which I always chose to add, a light sweet (maybe Thai?) dressing, and lots of other ingredients I forget since it's been a while prior to this last visit. LSH, they definitely removed it from the menu so I was extremely disappointed. Otherwise, the other dishes at my table looked awesome and my Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand) was excellent!! So next time I'll get another entree. That was the only problem and our server was delightful.

Bonefish grill is usually a good one. Everything food wise was great. The appetizers coconut shrimp, and the calamaris, all the entrees came out great. The only downside was that they mixed up one of the orders. But they were soon to correct it. I will definitely go back.

I paid $36 for a cold, dry piece of trout, and two sides- a Caesar salad that they upcharged me $4 for, and a small bowl of spinach. I got the bang bang shrimp ($10) as an appetizer and it only had about 10 pieces of shrimp in it. I literally got a much better quality meal at Cracker Barrel the other night for $11 TOTAL. Trout was delicious, giant servings of fried okra and fresh broccoli. Tonight I go to Bonefish and pay 3X that to have a worse experience than Cracker Barrel. Needless to say, I won't be back if that's how your cooks perform on a Friday night. No wonder the place was empty during prime time. I would ask for a refund but they'd probably charge me for that too.

I am going to have to split the difference with this Bonefish Grill location. I dined here twice in a week, the first visit was perfect, I had their happy hour specials and their Tuesday night deal - the garden salad, ahi tuna and coconut pie hit the spot. The second time everything was going good until I was served half cooked, raw Chilean Sea Bass. Bonefish Grill never disappoints, even for a guy that really doesn't like fish. The Bang Bang Shrimp as an appetizer is absolutely amazing and really packs some punch. It is totally addicting! So too is the burger. It was a little under done for me but sent it back really quick for a little extra cook. Really flavorful and well seasoned, and the french fries were right out of the deep fryer.

They had a nice, extensive menu. The staff were really laid-back, which was nice. This is not a place to go if you're in a hurry! My wife had the Chilean sea bass and I had a steak. The bass was amazing! The veggies were undercooked on both of our plates, but still tasty... That's why I left off a fifth star. We opted not to have dessert here. The dessert menu was definitely lacking. But we'll definitely be back!

Wow what a great meal... We arived about 5:30pm and no wait for seating.. We hadn't even got seated good and the waiter had water & bread for us. From the moment we walked in on a busy night until we left, we were treated like royalty, and we were the least dressed family in there. The wait was long, so I went up to the very packed bar for a beverage, and a much needed water for our daughter (it was a really hot day). Immediately, I was served. I couldn't believe that I wasn't blown off for seated guest. Later, instead of our pager going off, the host came and personally told us that our table was ready. Our waitress was just as on point and friendly as everyone else. Upon leaving, EVERY busy server that we passed told us thank you on our way out. This restaurant has raised the bar! They provide personal and friendly service, no matter how busy they were. I've never been treated so well (even while wearing shorts and a t-shirt), and I've dined in countless restaurants. Thank you Bonefish Cary for making our now rare occasion of going out to eat, extra special. What a treat!

Meh... overpriced, small portions, mediocre services. Place is small and they cram quests in like sardines. Only saving grace is that the food is pretty tasty, although you have to spend a fortune to feel full. If you want good seafood, it will check that box, but as for value, it misses the mark. I recommend just getting the appetizers as they are tasty and probably the best deal on the menu.

This is a great dining establishment for seafood in Wichita. It seems that there aren't very many good options for seafood in the Midwest. Just this week, we stopped in only to get the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer and their crab cakes. We like to pop in just for appetizers , but staying for dinner is definitely a treat. I had the fish and chips and my wife had lily's chicken. The fish and chips were really good, crispy and flaky. The chicken had almost no flavor except for the toppings. It had almost a rubbery texture by itself. The mashed potatoes were delicious but the broccoli was rather mushy. The service was fantastic, we couldn't have been happier with the service. It would be 3 stars if not for the server.

Oh my gosh, in the Midwest! A Seafood Restaurant, that actually knows how to prepare Fish properly! The "Bang Bang Shrimp" are to die for! We also had Monkfish and Swordfish, with Pumpkin Ravioli, tender and juicy, and tasty. Our waitress, was so friendly, and always came around to check on us. I never give out 5 Stars, but the only thing, I didn't like were my green Beans, and my Margarita, too strong!

The picture speaks for itself, look at the size of the plate compared to the trash from 1 single cut of meat. We both order our steaks rare. When they came to the table after waiting a ridiculously long amount of time the steaks were clearly cooked medium well, even the waiter agreed. The manager came out and said they would replace them. After waiting even longer the 2nd pair they brought out were rare, but both cuts of meat were filled with tendons and excess fat. They have cheap cuts of meat I would recommend they contact their food supplier. Bad experience, I won’t be going back.

A group of us did an excursion visit. There were 8 of us and we got to try all the appetizers, salads, several of the entrees and all of the desserts with two drinks for each person. The food was excellent and the timing for each course was great. Had never been to a Bonefish before and boy was I not dissatisfied. I was really craving pasta and they didnt have any so the waitress suggested I get the lobster gnocchi and replace the gnocchi with the pasta that comes with the mac and cheese. Needless to say the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was outrageously good. Like wow best meal I've had in a while good!

Sunday lunch. Dining room was freezing. Would have complained to waiter but we only saw him when he took our order and brought our food 30 minutes later. Terrible music blaring at ear splitting levels. Food was good but everything else was terrible. A hundred bucks for $25 worth of food and $200 worth of abuse. I wont be back.
