Cute pub. Their fries are really good. Their menu looks amazing, I want to try everything! The bowls were tasty, and so were the burgers. The sliders were very strange though, never getting that again. I'm usually around that area for work, so I've never tried their beers, but they look good too!

$6.00 a draft domestic beer. I had a sandwich and 2 beers for almost $24.00. The food was very good but the beer price is off the charts. Scooters has basically the same menu for a much more reasonable price. I don't know of any place else in the magic valley that sells a Coors light for $6.00.

Menu has a good selection. Salads, steaks, burgers, pasta, fish & chicken dishes. The service was great. We had a group of eight & our server came to our table often to make sure we had everything we needed. I would have given 5 stars but for me the place was too loud & it was only about half full.

Love this place. Huge portions and really tasty food. Also have a great selection of rotating taps. The chicken strips are super tasty (I know, chicken strips?? But they're really good!), so are the coconut shrimp, although I wish they had a marmalade sauce for them instead of the curry dip. Just an FYI, the mushroom app is just straight up sautéed whole mushrooms, not fried mushrooms. Still really good though.

Absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend got the Hawaiian Burger with fries & I got the Teriyaki bowl with steak with snow peas, carrots, and broccoli on a bed of Jasmine rice! Their plating was so pretty! Even seared an anchor into the burger! Delicious food! Great service! Waitresses were so nice and the environment was friendly an inviting. It is a little smaller on the inside, but have outside seating options! If you got a bigger party coming, make sure you call ahead so they can set up a space for you and if they're busy they can give you a time on when a space will be available. We don't drink but going through their menu of alcohols, it seemed like they had a nice selection of beer and had a bar as well! Memorabilia of liquor, beer, sports and local sports teams decorated the place! Loved it here first time going, and will be going back for sure.

This is a fairly regular date night outing for my husband and I. There is always a wide selection of local and craft brews, the entrees and appetizers are well portioned and fairly priced. Great (well-timed) service.

I hadn’t enjoyed their food any of the times I’ve been there in the past few years but decided to give the place another try based on Google reviews..... bad idea. It took 10 minutes to have our drink order taken, another 15 minutes for the drinks to be brought out and we never had our food order taken. We waited 20 minutes for our server to come back after delivering our drinks before leaving money on the table and walking out. When we got there, maybe 5 tables were full. The people in the booth behind us arrived after us and had their food before our drinks even arrived. Not going back and for sure not recommending Anchor. 45 minutes and no food order taken. Maybe they need more servers.

The food and service is always good, especially given how busy it gets. The Anchor has a good selection of beers on tap as well. My biggest complaint is pretty petty: I wish they served all of their food on plates. The burgers and quesadillas are served on cutting boards (perhaps more dishes are as well, but these are the two I have experience with), and while it's not a big deal for the quesadillas, the hamburgers can get quite messy, and with no lip to the cutting board, you could end up with burger juice running off the edge of your "plate" and into your lap. Again, minor gripe. If the worst thing about a place is the dinnerware, it's worth going to.

Today was my first AND last visit to the anchor. I won’t be going back at all. It wasn’t very crowded we were there by lunchtime, and it took 10 minutes for anyone to come take our drink order. While we waited 15 minutes for our cocktails, another table was seated and served their food before we were able to give our food order to the waitress. When she finally came back to take our food order we had decided not to order food because we didn’t have time. We drank our cocktails, left money on the table and went to another restaurant . 45 minutes and still had not had our food order taken! That is ridiculous ! I certainly do not recommend this restaurant. I would say that they are understaffed

Went on a game night (by accident, our fault, with a 6-top) and it was PACKED. We waited for an hour+, they gave us great service and let us order drinks while we waited, many people left and didn't wait, the food is so worth it. Had a great time. Well worth it, but also if you're not patient, check the sports games ahead of time. They don't take reservations.

Overall Anchor is a decent place to come. The food is decent and their prices are okay. They do have live bands and singers that come in that definitely enhance the atmosphere. It is usually hard to get a server when you need them, but eventually they get around. This is a very "trendy" bar. It's the closest bar to where we live so we continue to come.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The service was terrible and the food wasn’t good either. I was very unimpressed with the whole thing. The waitress acted like we were and inconvenience. We were made to pay a gratuity that I didn’t feel they deserved. I understand that in a group you pay a gratuity but the service should be good. It was so overpriced and the chicken tenders were terrible.

Don't let this place fool you. It might look like a little dive, and it is, in the best sense of the word. Small, and cozy, with great food. The buffalo wing sauce is delicious, calamari was perfectly cooked, and the Chipotle mushrooms had good flavor with a slow creeping heat!

Great food and waitress. Only gave a 4 because bathroom was dirty. Otherwise go and enjoy. Remember it is a bar atmosphere so don't expect peace and quiet. Just learn to talk loud. LOL.

We do this every Sunday. Today’s breakfast was at The Anchor Bistro. There were 12 of us. Their breakfast special on Saturday and Sunday is stuffed biscuits and gravy, and that’s what all of us had. It was 2 biscuits stuffed with crunchy shredded hash browns and a fried egg, topped with sausage gravy. We all agreed it was very good, the best we have had so far. The only thing that some of us saw wrong was that some of us would have liked more gravy, and when our server heard that, she brought more gravy out at no charge. Needless to say, our servers were very attentive and friendly. Also some of us got different gravy, like maybe they had some left over from last night and used it this morning, but it was still good. Everyone agreed the coffee was good, and the best part was the $3.00 Bloody Mary’s and Mimosa’s, that were huge. The atmosphere was good, we were the only group there for awhile, and they were prepared for us. We decided to give a score of 7 and add 1 point for the drinks that were very good and cheap. A total of 8. We rate these places on a score of one to ten. One being food poisoning, and ten being so excellent that we want a second plate. If you want to see more of the place's we have been to in Twin Falls Idaho...

The food was good especially the chicken strips and Mac & cheese and the bar drinks are decent, pricing is not to shabby. We had a party of 4 and we each had a plate of food and about 4 mixed drinks each and the bill was around $85.00. Our server wasn't to bad she seemed like she was having a bad night so her mind and her customer service was elsewhere!

Ordered the Thai Flat bread and it came with wing sauce (?) on it. I got some extra napkins to dab it off but it was still too hot. When the waitress came back she asked if I wanted to wrap the whole thing up and I said no. The courtesy "was there anything wrong with it?" would have still got the tip. Instead for the 2nd time in 38 years, no tip.

Food is really good. My only complaint would be the noise, it's so loud. If you are looking to dine with your spouse and have a nice quiet dinner this is not for you. If that doesn't bother then give them a try, the food is great!

They have good food and great service. But today my husband ordered a Classic Burger with garlic fries. You would think that a Classic Burger would come with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and mayo. It only came with one piece of lettuce and one slice of tomato. Asked for pickles and some mayo and was charged .75 cents. A little disappointed with the extra charge.

The Anchor gyro was good, but the fries and nachos were salty. Also, the chicken strips were slightly burned on the outside and overcooked and stringy inside. We had to wait for over an hour because they only had 1 table that sat 9 people and it was in use, no reservations.

Great little bar and bistro! The pulled pork street tacos were the best I've ever had. Many beers on tap. There are also many televisions if you are looking to watch a game. The prices are right and the waitresses were very friendly. Highly recommend this establishment if you're in Twin Falls!

The service was good but the food seriously lacked proper preparation and flavor. We all had the fish tacos....the fish was overcooked and unseasoned, the tacos were topped with plain cabbage and a crumbled flavorless cheese. I had the bacon wrapped jalapenos as an appetizer. The bacon was cooked on the outside and raw in the inside of the wrap. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be eating here again any time soon

Some friends recommended eating on the patio here since the summer is nice lately, so we tried it out and it was really great. The drinks are good, and the food was delicious. I wouldn't spend any time here on a game night, it can get pretty loud and crowded, but otherwise it's got a chill atmosphere and some really good food and drinks.

Went in with my wife and 3 friends at 8pm on a Saturday night. Place was VERY busy. The hostess took our names but didn't give us any idea on how long of wait it would be. We watched as 3 people, apparently friends with the owner, walked past us and took a smaller table that had just been cleaned up. They didn't even talk to the hostess. After waiting for 30 minutes someone finally came up and asked if we wanted to place a drink order while we waited. We said sure. She left and we never saw her again, We waited another few minute then left. We've always had good experiences in past visits. This wasn't one of those.

This place has great food, a lively but chill atmosphere. The food is excellent quality. Beer selection is definitely put together by an enthusiast that has probably brewed some his or herself. Highly recommend the Cubano and a Belgian Quad from a 500 year old brewery.
