After reading reviews and talking with friends we decided to search outside our dealership of 20+years and try Hutchison Ford. Even though its an hour trip one way, we are so glad we did! Thinking of ordering a new truck (alot we didn't want on it) surprisingly they found what we wanted! With a few add ons it was perfect! We want to really thank Ryan for his professionalism, going above and beyond, sealing the deal, making sure we got the truck we wanted! Also thanks to Nathan who knew the truck professionally, kindly explained all the gadgetry, answering all our questions. Very informative. We were amazed at all the smiles and friendly faces of the staff we didn't meet but also made us feel welcome. We brought the truck in a week later to get ordered items put on and got the chance to meet the service dept. and staff. Never have we seen such a clean organized shop. This is a very friendly, clean, professional, make you feel at home establishment. Wich tells us they take pride in taking care of our vehicle when it's being serviced right down to the paper floor mats!(THANK U!) They really care about their customers. Our phone calls and texts, which were many, were answered promptly and courtiously from sales to service dept. We now know Hutcheson Ford stands above the rest! They stay on top of things, rest assured, they do what they say and have everything in order when you get there! From the moment I first talked to Ron on the phone about possible purchase they have been so professional and kind - follow-up on any items I asked about was timely and helpful in my decision to purchase a vehicle from them. When I finally met them in person to finalize the deal (I had to drive 6 hours each way to get to their dealership) they were all so welcoming and helpful and kind and a real pleasure to work with. Had the rear brakes changed along with the oil and while waiting I strolled the lot, enjoyed the free refreshments and enjoyed friendly conversations with the staff, I was complimented on my truck, and at the end when it came time to pay the bill, just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the service advisor informed me of a $25 rebate for having my brakes serviced. I have switched to Hutcheson Ford dealership from Denny/Sakelaris Ford in Rolla mostly because they are a LOT more honest than them. I had a Superduty fail inspection in Rolla due to ball joints/tie rod ends, I then took it to Hutcheson to fix these issues because Denny was full all week. Gordy and Joe called me and told me the ball joints were not even marginally bad and they were not needing replacement. They passed the truck without question. I would like to thank all of you at Hutcheson for being honest and saving me the quoted ($700) fix!

Very happy with the overall service by Chase. He was very patient and gave me the best deal, he even filled the truck up with gas and made sure to schedule an appointment to get the truck buffed and cleaned. Only unhappy with the final financed amount that wasn’t disclosed from the beginning, due to me purchasing the power train warranty and gap insurance. I understand those items cost extra and I still signed the papers and agreed, but it was a $3,500 difference from what I was originally wanting to finance. We were on a trip from St.Louis to Dallas when my cargo van broke down on Highway 44. We were towed to the nearest dealership which was Hutcheson in St. James. I told Joe, the service manager what the problem was and they diagnosed the problem as a bad coil, possibly due to the cold weather. I took his word and paid out $330.00. We didn't get to Waynesville until the same problem happened again. Your dealership did not fix or diagnose my problem correctly and had to have it properly fixed in Waynesville. Thanks for the free lunch and $650.00 later.

I'd like to rate them more because they got to my vehicle faster than expected, however that's as far as that goes. I only dealt with the service department and these guys will charge you an arm and a leg for their services. Ultimately it was cheaper to travel 3 hours to pick it up and bring it to my home Ford than it was to leave it there. The second issue we had is that when we picked it up we struggled for about 15 minutes to get it onto the back of the trailer (just two of us) and had just 1 service technician came out to help we could have had it up there in 30 seconds and been gone sooner. Can't say I recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Sorry.

Nathan Kemnitzer was great to deal with. They located the car I wanted from another dealer without any pressure. Other dealers will tey to push you into something on their lot. I purchased a new Focus and will be in the market for a pickup in a year or so - Nathan will be my first call. Save yourself the hassle of other dealers and see what real customer service is like.

Had a tremendous experience at Hutcheson Ford over the weekend. We drove a long way to see a truck we found listed on the internet Saturday, and ended up accidentally getting there just after business hours, but even then we were not turned away, nor were we hassled, rushed, or felt pushed in any way. Our salesman Travis had actually left for the day and happened to come back to the office for something, and was more than gracious in staying and showing us the F250 we wanted. He is also very knowledgeable about diesel engines, which is not something a lot of sales people are. Because of the time we arrived, it was quite late in the day when we decided on the truck and made the deal, but since most banks and etc are closed Saturday nights, and Every one else had already gone for the day, they finished the job Monday morning and had the truck and paperwork delivered to our front door in St. Charles county. We were very impressed with Hutcheson Ford, and hope to return when it's time to trade in!

The 5 oil changes for $85 is great because you cant even by the parts to do it yourself at that price and they keep track of it for you so you don't have to remember to bring in a receipt every time. I had a pleasant experience purchasing two used vehicles from this dealer, a Chevy car and a Ford truck. The salesman was nice, patient, and most of all, not pushy. He even put both vehicles up on a lift for me so I could inspect them in greater detail. They accepted the offer I made for both of them and the transaction went smooth and swiftly. I don’t particularly care for dealerships and I leave honest reviews but they’re usually more on the negative side, so it’s nice to be able to leave a positive review for a change when it comes to car dealers. My experience with this dealership, thus far, was a really good one and I will definitely consider them when I’m in the market for another vehicle. F250 had to be towed back after they put in a new clutch. They don't have mechanics that are trained to work on heavy duty trucks any more. Because they destroyed the first one driving it out of the mechanic bay, they said the 2nd clutch as well as the work would be warrantied. 2nd clutch also had issues immediately, but they are not honoring their warranty, blaming it on our motor instead. We will not buy any more Fords since we can't rely on their vehicles or their service. TOYOTA, here we come!!!!!!

Always easy to get an appointment. Service department cares about you and your vehicle. They always check your mileage schedule for routine service (i.e. my tires were due for rotation). I never have to worry about something slipping by without getting the proper attention. Their friendliness is exceptional: service desk all the way to check-out desk. Plus, the courtesy in the waiting area (and assistance in the waiting area) exceed in quality. I have been with Hutcheson since 2004 and will continue with them. They always have my interest in mind.

Their sales staff is very friendly and courteous. We were given the chance to look the truck over and take it for a test drive with no high pressure sales tactics. They let the truck sell itself. The finance manager was also top notch. She explained in detail the paperwork and the extended warranty offering. We declined at the time, but she was very gracious and left the offer available should we change our minds without trying to talk us into buying something we didn't want. They also go above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealer. The truck hadn't been on the lot more than 4 days so they hadn't had the chance to detail it yet. They detailed the truck and the salesman personally delivered it to me at work the day after we bought it, over 30 miles away. So we went in here to see a salesman Darell...we were upside down on our car and our credit was shaky. Not only did they have the resources to get us out of current loan...we got into the car we wanted at a much better rate and payment. Then one week later I needed to get out of my truck and they did not disappoint!!! From every one starting at Darell to the financial lady Amy...service guys...mechanics..they all love to be there and made the whole car buying experience pleasant. Why would you go anywhere else? Because you don't know better. There were no games or shenanigans here... everything was laid out black and white and was no nonsense dealings. This review is intended to direct as many people to Hutcheson Ford as possible. I found a Ford Raptor on their used car lot and initiated all contact over an auto selling website. Salesman Darrell Blankenship reached out to me via email and within hours had answered all my questions, taken all my information and was well into selling me a car I had at the top of my bucket list. Darrell was absolutely a thrill to work with, sharing my sense of humor and killing me with kindness as he twisted my arm to close the sale. After sending me a few measurements and checking on a few specs and making sure the truck would fit in my garage, he offered to secure my purchase with an easy and minimal deposit on a credit card since I could not visit him for three more days. Three days later and on my 50th birthday, my wife and I were off to visit and see if the truck was purchase-worthy. Darrell had already assessed my trade in value, so as long as the Raptor was clean, I was comfortable that this was going to work out well. Upon arrival, I was greeted with my "birthday present" on the front lot, since Darrell had adorned it with a bouquet of colorful balloons. I took a test drive and could not get the grin off my face. When I entered Darrell's office to get down to the nitty gritty, he had a cake waiting for me and a lit birthday candle. Most from the dealership came by to visit and meet me, including the owner, Mike Tucker. I never felt so at home among friends I had just met. The deal was done, video was taken of me blowing out the candle and making my birthday wish that Darrell would knock some more off the price- and then he handed me off to Amy Hitch, who could not have been and still remains one of the nicest and fastest finance persons I have ever associated with while buying a car. Amy didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, but at the same time did a fantastic job explaining all available options, from warranty to vehicle protection packages. Amy had us out of her office and into my new truck in well under the time I have experienced in past purchases at other dealers. Amy and I are finishing up some changes to our paperwork via FEDEX (due to my mistake and her good grace to work with me to fix same), I am enjoying my daily drive in one of the best trucks on the road, and Darrell is enjoying himself calling me and leaving my funny messages about the incredible car I traded in to him which, once he successfully sells it in the next few days to someone who reads this review, will probably make him employee of the month! Thanks for Darrell and Amy and everyone at Hutcheson Ford who made my 50th an incredible day- one I will never forget.

We were met by positive and pleasant Service Agent. Then we dropped off our vehicle. They called the next day when it was finished. They went over what they did, and gave us a verbal confirmation of how much we owed, which was what we were told it would be. It was ready just as they stated. They also noticed the wipers needed to be replaced, but said we'd could do it cheaper by ourselves. We agreed.

Things certainly have changed at Hutcheson Ford since my dad bought his first new car from Guy Hutcheson in the early 1960s. Under the Tuckers' leadership the dealership has greatly expanded. While they are primarily a new car dealership they do have cars, vans, and SUVs that can be rented. Even their rental program continues to improve. Now they offer two new rental upgrade packages: a navigation package or a family entertainment package. We could have certainly used the entertainment package when we rented a van from them to take our family of eight across the state. Just remember, this is Ford country. On a quiet night you can hear a Chevy rust.

I visited 4 Ford dealerships this was by far the best experience, they didn't waste my time with showing me a lot of vehicles that I didn't want and I believe they showed me everything they had that would fit what I was looking for. Clay Coffman did a phenomenal job helping me get the truck I wanted, from sending me personal videos and photos of the truck to my phone to personally delivering the truck to me. Scheduling an appointment or service call is done at your convenience and confirmed. Whatever is happening -- waiting for a call, confirmation, a car, repair -- they keep you informed. They make it easy to wait at the dealership with an ample waiting room, TV, drinks, and free wifi.. (And if you don't want to wait, they'll drop you off at home or work and pick you up when the car is ready.) And though technically separate from the dealership, their auto body shop is the best, being able to do things no one in the area will even attempt. I'll buy my next truck from Hutcheson because of the people and their dedication to service, which these days is rare in many businesses.
