It is always an easy experience getting and returning my rental cars here with national and enterprise. Even with a flat tire the return process was easy and fast. The selection is decent, and good rewards programs. The only thing I dislike is the location because the shuttle to the international terminal takes awhile since the rental center is on the opposite side as the entrance to the airport.

the attendant promised a receipt but never got it. had to call it get it and they said o had to wait another 24 hours. not acceptable.

Don't let the terrible signage get you! One sign says "Budget [to the right]" and "All Rental Car Returns [straight/ left]" -- The Budget Return lot is, indeed, there on the right. Once you get there, the people are friendly and efficient, and returning the car is quick and painless, so long as you've remembered to fill it up, etc.

Long queue, probably took us an hour to finally be seen. Nice sales man, chatty and friendly. However he took ages and gave us the wrong information about our car location in the parking lot which took us about 30 minutes to have someone else find the car for us. Use Metro! The Rental Car Center adds 30 minutes minimum to your trip and the return is difficult to find and navigate.
