I contacted Matt after sifting through realtors in and around the Nampa area. While I did find many qualified individuals I felt like Matt and I would click. After we started the home search process he updated me regularly on the inventory in and around the area I was looking to buy a home in. Some realtors are pushy, but Matt actually encouraged me to wait a bit on a couple of occasions. I believe this to be a positive reflection of his experience in the Real Estate field. He seems to be in it for the long run instead of trying to make a quick buck. Even after the transaction was complete he contacted me a couple of times to congratulate my family, and to let me know that he is still there if I need him for any advice in the future.
