You only need two words: Tina Miller. I cannot express how incredibly helpful she was throughout the entire process of searching for and eventually closing in on a house. She has great connections with everything from lenders to title companies to inspectors and can at least give you some advice on just about anything pertaining to the entire process. We had plenty of questions and some weird circumstances, and she was always, always, always reachable and willing to help. If you don't know what you're doing, or even if you do and you want someone who's dedicated, hard-working, and honest, be sure to give her a call.
