We couldn’t have asked for a better place to help guide us through our adoptions! We worked with Leslie and then Emily worked with both of our birth moms as well. They are truly like family!! We adopted 2 babies privately in less than a year and it all went so smoothly. We still maintain contact and honestly couldn’t have done it without them!! If you are considering adoption then you NEED THEM!!!

Millcreek Counseling and Adoptions Services, more specifically Leslie Stobbe, is hands down amazing and so awesome to work with! My husband and I have been lucky enough to have been matched with both of our birth moms and kids through their services and Leslie knows her stuff! She was the one who had been working with our son's birth mom for several months and suggested if she wasn't happy with the couple she picked because of their lack of response to her that she look for another couple. She really took the time to get to know her and suggested us as a couple based on their relationship. We were lucky enough to be chosen and it's been one of the most amazing relationships we've ever had-open adoption truly is incredible, hard, but so rewarding. She also matched us with our daughter's birth mom, this was our first time, and she was so informative and patient at offering us support and some hand-holding while we figured out the emotional rollercoaster ride of adoption. I say rollercoaster ride because the emotions are so intense-highs and lows-but Leslie was there for us the whole ride and made an amazing support partner! The other thing we absolutely love about MC&AS is that we had to do the 10 hours of adoption education classes for our homestudy-this was a huge game changer for us and SO informative to the world of open adoption! They offer amazing resources to all aspects of the adoption process and we love that they take such good care of adoptive and birth moms, dads, families. Our family is now complete and it wouldn’t be without Leslie’s help-seriously, she is amazing!

We could never imagine using any other agency but Millcreek Adoptions! Everyone on their staff is amazing, but Leslie is the best! Millcreek Adoptions is very straight forward, honest, and most important, they really care, and treat you like family! They want adoptive parents, as well as the birth moms/parents to feel loved, and involved. If you are considering adoption, do it privately, and use Millcreek Adoptions.
