Marshall sincerely cares about helping people. He's one of the very best in the state at what he does, which is why I often refer friends and family to his clinic.

I was shocked at the damage that was caused by Marshall Lamm to my recently widowed daughter in a very fragile state. He made a mockery out of her. She had just received more devastating news the very day she went in to him and she was there for only a couple minutes and every time she tried to speak he would turn up some awful music as loud as he could. I was there and witnessed this. He nearly pushed her over the edge. I am still in shock. In reply to the reply, she was there for the first time for counseling. Why else would she have been there? Just dropping in to talk to a complete stranger out of the blue? That makes no sense. Also, it is absolutely true that every time she opened her mouth to speak he would blast this noise really loud. He barely met her and this is the first thing he does. I hardly think this exemplifies the best therapeutic practices by any stretch of the imagination. I believe it's best to own your behavior, not add insult to injury by lying about it afterwards.

I have spoken with Marshall multiple times and am always impressed at his ability to simply listen, help me process my thoughts, and give simple and sound solutions that I can work on personally. He has helped me through my darkest times and will always be grateful for that.

Ashley Paxton

I was struggling with my relationship with my sister and said we needed therapy. She suggested that I join her therapy session with Marshall Lamm. They spoke alone for 15 min before allowing me in the room, then had me come sit down. Both of them just stared at me so I started saying why I was there and then music started blasting. I thought it must be some sort of accident. It stopped so I finished my sentence. They stared at me again and I waited for him to lead us but he didn't so I started another sentence. The music was blasted again. I was very confused and stood up. He started yelling at me and I honestly was in shock. I have never been treated that way by anyone in my entire life. Since he obviously could not be unbiased he had no business seeing me whatsoever. Since the incident he has lied about what he did, what happened, and lied about me also. He has also tried threatening as well since we have taken action to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
