Wonderful experience with counselor and felt like they really cared and we're invested. However, we had a nightmarish experience with billing. We were told initially that our sessions we're being covered completely by insurance so we kept scheduling sessions. About 4 months and nearly $1,500 later we were shocked to find out that, in fact, none of our sessions we're covered by insurance. Our final bill then finally arrived 6 months after that discovery. Again, great counselor that would we would recommend to anyone but sad that our experience was tainted so much by insurance misunderstanding and billing department not being on top of things.
