The amount of disrespect I received today when speaking with the lady who screens clients is just mind blowing to me. Completely and utterly disgusted with the unprofessionalism of the woman on the other end of the line. I am not sure if she is unedcuated in the world of disabilities or what, but quite honestly she should be fired for her rudeness. I 100% intend on reporting her to a higher up in the company. But I just wanted inform others of the poor understanding this woman had for indiviuals with disabilities and their needs.
