Fantastic surgeon. Struggled with breathing issues for years, Dr Johns discovered multiple internal fractures and was able to repair them. The surgery and recovery were definitely worth it, within 5 days I was back to my life. When I got hit in the face a few weeks later, he saw me that same day to make sure there was no damage. Highly recommend the doctor and the practice.

5 stars!! Dr. John's went above and beyond my expectations. My results were amazing! I had a full abdominalplasty and breast augmentation done. Before surgery I was hesitant on whether to spend money on myself and if the results would be worth it. Please let me reassure you that it is!! I couldn't be more happy with my results. After two kids my body was destroyed! It's been 3 weeks since my surgery and I finally feel sexy again

Dr Johns is a meticulous surgeon. He spends quality time with his patients, making sure he truly understands what you want, and doesn’t push you into procedures that look unnatural or are unnecessary. His results speak for themselves. He does run behind, however I believe that is a fair trade off for the amount of personal attention you receive. He is available late into the evening for post ops which helps with my work schedule. The surgery center is wonderful, definitely nicer than going to a massive hospital.

I arrived with my paperwork completed, paid for my consultation, and sat for a half hour before I asked how much longer it would be until I was called back. The receptionist told me at least another hour! Why wouldn’t they let me know this before I sat down, or before I arrived? I asked for a refund, that they gave, and they asked if I wanted another appointment. I told them that the doctors manners with appointment keeping was very telling and I would be writing a review. Just so rude.

After having several consultations, I knew immediately within my consultation with Dr. Johns that he was the one to do my reduction surgery. He was incredibly patient, detailed, and attentive. His staff was comforting in the following weeks setting everything up. The day of surgery he made me and my aunt feel secure about everything that was about to happen. I followed his instructions to a T, and over the weeks of recovery I noticed everything coming together. His nurse was amazing, I had called several times with questions and she always got back to me and was a great support. I still have some swelling to go down, but I am SO thankful that I went through with the procedure and that I chose Dr. Johns’ office.

Woke up from surgery with a scratched cornea. Terrible pain! They didn't pay that bill or address that issue, that has nothing to do with my procedure. Had a follow up, to fix something and had to reschedule 3 times because he was always running so late. After he gets your money he is very unprofessional. Not going back to him.

I had breast augmentation 3 years back with 0 complications and a wonderful recovery. I was very nervous but he made me feel comfortable and he was very professional. I actually went back for lip injections a month ago and had amazing results! Thanks to Dr. Johns and his wonderful staff I love everything about myself that I hated. I went to Dr Johns in March of 2018 for a breast augmentation, lift, and areola reduction. After surgery, I kept finding stitches poking out of my breast. They were very painful and way too close to the skin (they were inside stitches, not the outer ones). Then, I kept thinking my scars weren't healing properly when I finally realized that the "scarring" I was seeing is actually leftover areola all down my breasts! They're hideous. They wrinkle when I'm cold and make my entire breast look deformed. Also, they're saggy. I haven't lost a lot of weight or breastfeed or have any reason for them to sag like they do. They're so awful that I can't even look in the mirror when I'm changing clothes or get out of the shower. I won't let me boyfriend see me topless. I feel botched. If I could give 0 stars, I would. In my post op appointments, he had to have seen the areola skin but he never mentioned it to me. After the "healing process" was over, that's when I realized the problem and it was past our appointments.

francis johns totally ruined my eyes, was too overly zealous and overly aggresive, removed all my fat from around my eyes, too much removal of skin, but the worse thing he did was to remove the MUSCLE from the lower eyelid called "orbicularis oculi" which made me look like an alien, eyes dont animate. then after i told him i was not happy and i sought out 26 ocular surgeons who all said i had iatrogentic problems due to the surgeon, he got real arrogant and said he knew more then an ocular surgeon when it comes to the eyes. hes a charlatan. seek another more skilled surgeon is my opinion and my advice to you if you want a good outcome

I do not recommend, as previous poster said, once money is obtained and procedure is finished you aren't treated well. Feel like there were issues that are obviously wrong after surgery, but manipulated into thinking it will heal and correct itself. 2 years later writing about my disgust. Id research other surgeons.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I've had experiences with 2 other plastic surgeons in the pittsburgh area and my results were tragic. One visit with Dr. Johns and I knew I was finally with the right doctor. I had breast reconstruction, new implants, a tummy tuck, and lipo. My results have been amazing! My surgery was 2 years ago and my confidence is greater than ever! His bedside manners are so comforting and his staff is amazing! I have since been back to the office for injections, facials, and microderm. I will never go anywhere else!
