After being a member here for years I feel like the fact that it's primarily a pt clinic gives an overall vibe of health (wellness) over what most people would generically or judgementally call "fitness" - translation... This is the most grown up or mature gym in town. There is daycare available during the week and each of the childcare workers are fantastic with both my 6 year old and my 1 year old. After being there so long I'd think of many of these people as friends and that's simply from their kindness while interacting with them at the facility. First class operation.

I love the staff here, I was dealing with jumpers knee for over 4 months. After my therapy sessions I no longer felt any pain or discomfort. I was highly recommend for anyone looking for general therapy or for athletes.

I love Healthworks! I've been going here for almost a year and I can't imagine not working out anymore. I was never a gym goer until I started going to spin classes here. All the instructors here are wonderful. They are experienced, helpful, motivating and always give a great workout. Georgette is wonderful for spin and sculpt, as is Leanne. For regular spin classes, Mike and Ashley are amazing. I can't say enough great things about this place. It's not new and sleek like Planet Fitness, but if you're truly looking for a place to call a second home, this is it!

I've been very disappointed in the policy change in the use if the therapy pool. It is clear they don't want people there who are not getting therapy. I need to use the pool for mobility due to arthritis. We must schedule no earlier than 3 days in advance. Often there are no openings. I think when the new facilities at Mylan Park open many patrons will go there instead.

Our appointment was at 10:45 at the spine center. We were brought back to the room almost immediately and have been waiting for the doctor to "look at the chart" for almost an hour. They have zero sense of urgency and act like no on has anything else they need to be doing. I'm now 3 hours late to work instead of the hour and a half I told them I would be. Other than the fact that the receptionists are somewhat friendly, this place is just overall horrible. I will never recommend anyone to this place and I will do anything I can to deter people from coming here. Absolutely awful.
