DR Katharine Ayres has been my physical therapist for multiple reasons for over 10 years and I would never want to see any other practice. She is one on one with her patients and molds her treatments for every last one. I rate ease of appointments a 10. Professionalism a 10. Effectiveness of treatments a 10. DR Ayres has a great disposition and attitude and a smile for everyone. She recognizes that everyone is different and so should their treatment. I actually anticipate my appointments because she is quick to recognize my source of pain and quick to help alleviate my discomfort. She personalizes her exercises for every level of fitness and that keeps ME fit! I highly recommend Body Mechanics Physical Therapy and DR Ayres!
