Aquahab is the worst rehab ever.The PT was lazy and didn't talk much, just didn't want with work at all. I want to him to go home & come back a better attitude, some of the staff needs a better attitude.They are too expensive and majority of the staff has a self-absorbing attitude. I feel sorry for their trainees not worth the one-star.

Family members and I toured this location and it was a bliss! A playground for the adults in an adult sports type of way. Physical therapist, Jeff is AWESOME at the Physical Therapy department. He helps my wife, very informative, very thorough, it isn't a rush therapy... his service exceeded our expectation. The building is well hidden, beautifully hidden.

Called this place after my insurance company confirmed that I was able to receive treatment here. They told me they do not accept my insurance. I was told by a colleague that they do not wish to cater to minorities. Bad for business. This company needs to be shut down for lying and by the reviews, ripping insurance companies off. Do research on this place before you think about getting treated here. There are other great places that are not lazy and love what they do.By they way the 2 young ladies that left 4 or more stars actually work for this company! My colleague noticed them when he visited the locations. Nice try!

Left voice messages numerous times asking to make an appointment. No return call. Left note for Coleen, Mgr. complaining about the same. Was told by Andy that he would put it on her desk. She said she didn’t get my note. Staff only speaks if they’re working with you.

Before using them I highly recommend getting a pre-authorization from your insurance company as felt they are very expensive! I recently had Physical Therapy in their Bala Cynwyd location for my tailbone pain. Each hour appointment I was charged 3 separate charges. When I arrived for the appointment they asked me to walk 10 mins on their treadmill then do 5mins of leg stretches...can you believe they charged my insurance company $92? Then they had me do several exercises for about 30mins and I was cool with that as it was tailored to my problem so they charged $68 which is totally reasonable. However, at the end of each session they took 5mins to have me lift each leg 5 times while they held it down and for this they charged $77, way too high for less than 5mins of work and how this helps a tailbone I have no idea. So each visit they bill out $237...maybe if I had some type of personal trainer okay but many times I had to chase down someone as they were busy helping others. So along with an evaluation, after 4 visits they billed out $1,057 to my insurance company. I feel this place is a rip off based on the very expensive charges for the service I received and I recommend before you decide to go there get a pre-authorization of the charges from your insurance company.
