I love this place! I just completed 6 weeks of Physical therapy for knee & hip joint pain & issues. I really wanted to be able to exercise & run again. The staff is very personable, knowledgeable & thorough in working to help you get better! I am well on my way & very grateful for their work with me. Highly recommended! I will go here again if I ever need any type of PT.

The Light

I had rotator cuff surgery on April 4th. I started working with Mark and Alisha.. Mark was very kind and Alisha was at first but then started to seem miserable. She began to get very rude and short with me these past few times. Saying remarks like "you just need to relax and stop pulling against me" as she was doing my range of motion exercises. Also, this past Tuesday, May 14th, as she was working on me, I got a crick in my neck and needed to move it. When i did, she rudely said "you don't need to move" "why are you moving". I explained that my neck hurt. The very same day, I said that my feet were cold and she asked then why are you wearing flip flops. Just remarks and things like this made it to where it began to be dreaded going in. I believe they are overwhelmed with so many patients, that they are frustrated and angry. I know they don't get any breaks, and the place is always way too full. Its like instead of focusing on patient care, they focus on how many they can get in and out in a day. At this point, I will not be going back and hope I can heal my shoulder and do the exercises at home. I believe for the patients and therapists sake, they need to lighten their load and take more time with each patient.

Austin was always able to schedule my appointments around my work hours. Mark, my PT, took the time to fully understand my condition in order to provide the best treatment for me. He was attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. I could barely turn my head when I started my treatment there, now I have full range of motion in my neck! At Results Physiotherapy they don’t believe anyone should live in pain and they make that a reality.

Results Physicaltherapy is one awesome place to go if someone is in pain. Before my visit I could not turn my body to the right side, after completing my secessions there I can now turn to the right. Always a worm greeting and welcome at the door by smiling faces that takes the mind off the pain. I can go own and own but only one more thing to say, the staff is the best in the state I never knew that a car accident could have such hard affect on my mind they make u feel like family and got me through it.
