Jessie and Dallin gave us their full attention during our photo shoot! They communicated with us at any time of the day prior to and after the shoot and made sure any questions or concerns we had were taken care of immediately (though we had few due to the effort they put into our experience)! During the photo shoot they really helped us be comfortable and genuinely laugh. The poses were very natural, which we very much appreciated. We had an amazing time. We were very impressed with the time they put into getting to know the landscape and features of our location. They took time out of their busy schedule to go look at the location and scout out the best spots for lighting and angles before we went there a few days later. And they took all of our comments into consideration when we asked about a photo shoot in nature with pretty fall colors. We would definitely recommend Capturing History Photography due to their high level of communication and kindness when dealing with us as customers and friends. They’re awesome!

Jessie and Dallin did an amazing job for all of my pictures. We did engagements, bridals and wedding day with them and I can’t express how pleased I am with the result. When they told us that they would pose us for the pictures, I was worried that we would look “posey” but it really looked natural. I was very happy with the quality of the pictures as well. We had a wonderful experience with Jessie and Dallin Photography for our daughter's wedding. From their initial Get-to-Know-You session with the engaged couple to the wedding, reception and the exit, they captured every detail. They responded promptly to my questions and their fees were incredibly reasonable. They engaged the wedding party and invited guests, making them feel comfortable without being intrusive. Two talented photographers means one manages the posing, lighting and the crowd, while the other one takes the pictures. They helped us create a list of the pictures we wanted at each event. The day of the wedding, they brought several laminated copies of the list so everyone knew the order of pictures and who needed to be there. But my very favorite thing? In every picture, they captured the love, happiness and excitement of that special day, which really is priceless.

They helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera and coached us during the entire session. The only issue we had was choosing which photos to print because we loved all of them! Jessie and Dallin at Capturing History Photography were so fantastic to work with! They made my nervous son feel so comfortable during his Senior photo shoot, that he ended up having a good time. We got our daughter's 9 month pictures done with Capturing History Photography. Jessie was very prompt on answering my messages through Facebook. She kept in touch with me through the time between setting the appointment and the actual appointment. She asked me to send her ideas of what I was looking for, so she could take time to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. Dallin was amazing at trying to get my daughter's attention and keeping her happy. The last 15 minutes my 9 month old had just about had it. They let us take a break to feed her and make sure she was comfortable again. We got a few more shots in, and they ended up perfect! We got a couple of sneak peeks the next day!! On their website a couple more were added with in a day or so and we got our pictures back on a disk in less than a week! We would recommend them to everyone!!

Taking pictures with Capturing History Photography was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had taking family pictures. Jessie and Dallin were knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, got the kids to smile, captured personalities, were good to work with our dog and were fun to be around. (My husband even enjoyed it.)
