Never got my daughters pictures. Here’s retake day and still no pictures. Tried calling these people because the school as usual was no help( very disappointed by the staff at Moriarty Elementy) and you can’t get ahold of anyone called for 2 straight hours. Mylifetouch is so much better.

Good pictures but was charged $15.75 for a wallet sized magnet. Those small magnets are not worth that price

I was trying to retake a picture and i needes to ask a question and the lady working there wouldn't even let me finish my question she kept shaking her head no and then yelled "no" at me. Wouldn't even let me talk.

I'm*not* happy with the fact that a CD copy of the photos is en carte so I am forced to buy one of the packages (cheapest one being $14) to add on what is essentially the rights to my own child's photos. Also they don't offer ANYTHING besides photos. No coffee mugs with my kiddos face on it, no key chains to give to family. Nothing that I can simply gift to someone else. Nope, I gotta pay more money to have someone else do that for me.

Called to get assistance for my order: missing and bent pictures with no envelope. Spoke with Adrianna who was especially rude and hung up on me. Called back to speak with Manager Carol and Adrianna would answer the call and hang up. I unfortunately have to call MJ Thomas photography every year for incorrect order/missing pictures. Horrible experience!!
