My mother has has hired Sherwood for many years. She turned 80 years old last month and was ADAMANT about working with Sherwood. The photographers were nice during our photo shoot. Once we were done, they were pushy about our group of 18 selecting our photos from their tiny laptop right afterwards. They made sure to stress that they do not send out digital copies. Only photos. In this digital age, I was not pleased. We are all spread across the country and it took weeks to get our photos in the mail. My siblings told me that they received their photos but the lightening was off and things they promised (cropping/Photoshopping) were not delivered. I still haven't received my photos. I called and the actual photographer bit my head off about someone putting the wrong PO number. The assistant wrote my mailing address down wrong. It was returned to them weeks ago. I didn't even receive a phone call. Then he gripped and refused to resend the photos due to the shipping charge. I told him that his assistant made this error, not I. He was VERY RUDE. My mother now agrees with us and hates that we had such bad experiences. Sherwood needs to catch with the times and provide digital file options and better customer service. I remember taking photos with them as a child. They will never see me again!
