Jennifer is kind, personable and an amazing photographer. She really does know all of the tricks to get your pets to look at the camera and show their expressions and personality. I have three dogs, two of which are 50+ pounds, and bringing them all into the dog-friendly studio did not phase her one bit. She allowed our girls to take their time and sniff around the place before turning down the lights and instructing us on what to do, sit/stay, down/stay, etc. One of my dogs did not want to stay, so I did hold her leash during her one-on-one shots, but Jennifer removed the leash afterwards and the editing looks awesome - like there was never a leash there at all! Jennifer truly means "No sit, no stay? No problem!" Overall, my experience with Hatton Pet Portrait Studio was exceptional and I would highly recommend her services to other pet parents.

Highly recommend Hatton Pet Portraits. It's always been my dream to get my dogs photo taken. I really wanted something I could keep as my dogs as they are getting older now and this was the perfect thing! Jennifer is so talented and did such an amazing job. The pictures she took of my two yorkies came out amazing. They look so cute and so natural. Jennifer really captured them well. It really is worth the money and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've never seen such fantastic portraits. If you want something special this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

I took our dog to Hatton to get Christmas photos done as a surprise for my fiancé. Despite drastically underestimating the cost for the photos (used a groupon and failed to read the details), I had a wonderful experience! Our dog is very shy, but she felt comfortable in the space, and our pet photographer was absolutely great with her! I would highly recommend this dog portrait studio. The owners are very welcoming, accommodating, and tailor your photos to your specifications.

Jennifer was offering her superior pet photography at the American Maltese Association National Specialty Dog Show in Phoenix last month. I had a seven-year-old female Maltese along with a ten-month-old Maltese puppy. Jennifer knew exactly how to turn my wiggly, squirming little puppy into a sophisticated little show dog for the photographs, and she did her creative magic to get both of my dogs to look straight into the camera at the same time ... not an easy task with my two! We had two separate photo shoots, one formal and one informal. Jennifer took a generous number of wonderful shots in a lovely backdrop with adorable toy-dog-size furniture. She also let me join my pups in both the formal and the informal sessions, and I now have some beautiful family portraits that I will always cherish. Jennifer is professional, talented, creative, and artistic. She is a joy to work with, and she also seems to love and enjoy her work. I highly recommend her for pet (and owner!) photography.

I recently had a photoshoot with Jennifer and my boyfriend and chihuahua. He is a spastic little dude and has anxiety when put in new situations. Jennifer got him to focus and actually look at the camera and sit still for a few seconds to shoot a bunch of great pictures! I have no idea how she did it! That's why she's the pro. Her studio was clean, comfortable, very updated/modern and she had a ton of props to choose from. This was a great experience, I highly recommend Jennifer, and I will treasure my family photos forever. Also you get what you pay for - professionally shot/edited photos. This is not a low cost service but I think they were worth it - just be prepared for mild sticker shock.

Jennifer really knew how to engage with our dogs and get their attention. We loved all of the photos and had trouble choosing just 10. She captured our dogs' personalities and their interactions with us perfectly. It means a lot to have such a great photo, especially with our senior dog.
