I just switched to The Apothecary from that big box store...without naming names, you probably know which one I am talking about. I love the personal attention I have already received at The Apothecary and I especially am glad to support a local business. I am really happy with my decision and wish I would have made it sooner.

Family members have been using Cumberland Apothocary for years and I recently switched to them when I pharmacist retired. Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Also very aware of the prescriptions we are taking and assist quite often in helping us determine any concerns there may be with taking so many Love their automated feature for refilling prescriptions, having several maintenance ones between my daughter and I it is a very nice convenience to have.

I highly recommend you go somewhere else for picking up your prescriptions these people have no sense of what good customer service actually means. They are some of the rudest people I have ever met you would think being in the customer service business they would be kinder but nope!! I called to let them know that I had a hard time with getting a prescription refilled because it didn't match up with the name and all the lady could say was.. "I haven't had any problems with it so you must have pushed the wrong numbers"..so instead of apologizing about it or just simply saying I can help you with that she decided to be rude and condescending..in fact this has not been the first or second time I have run into problems with them..I will be calling to get my prescriptions sent over to James pharmacy in Turtle lake.. I highly suggest going to Turtle Lake pharmacy they are kind and will go the extra mile to help!! Stay clear from here!! Some rude ladies who definitely do not like there jobs..such a shame!

It's the only pharmacy in town. They open 9-5pm. Because working people should have to take off of work to go get their prescriptions. The minute a CVS or Walgreens moves into town, the Apothecary will have to stay open till at least 10pm or go out of business.
