Always something new with this company. Been forcing myself to use them. purchased my intrevenious (only) drugs my wife (nurse) gives me once a week. Lady behind the counter tells me I have to ask for the syringes to get them. Funny thing in 3 years we have never done that before and to make it even worse they charged me almost $10 more then ever before. I know it’s hard to find another drug store that makes up compounds. I will go out of my way and find one. Please do no apologize to me or give me some kind of law your are controlled by we have done our homework and also looked over some of your other reviews. The attitude you give the customers is bad also. The manager of this place needs an adjustment. By the way it’s and (only) injectable medication how else am I going to receive it. I don't understand the negative reviews. I walked in and was promptly greeted, the staff were super friendly. Had the prescription filled within about 1.5 hours (dropped it off and came back later to pick it up).

Total incompetence. Can't get their act together and get a simple medication together two days in a row. If I can't find another pharmacy to make my medications I'll quit taking it before I do business with them again.

When I got my prescription filled, the pharmacist took the time out to sit with me and answer all of my questions - which is above and beyond what any pharmacist has done for me up until now. They have always tried their hardest to make me feel appreciated and un-rushed.

Well, I am looking forward to getting my pellets from this pharmacy after my experience with Solutions. I went to Dr Klinner last year for the first time (had been getting pellets for 7 years, but ins changed providers)....he had me pick up my pellets and not pay for them (the pellets cost 50.00) and take them to him, then he added 13.00 to the charge.My previous Dr did not do that and I told Solutions what he was doing. (also Dr Klinner gave me Armour for thyroid issues and I don't have a thyroid problem per my Endocronologist..Be careful who you go to.

I got unwarrented "attitude" from one of the female workers operating the drive through window that day. She asked for my name 3 time and was getting frustrated because she couldn't understand or hear me (eventhough I was yelling it by the 3rd time) she copped an attitude Iike I was intentionally doing it to piss her off. That's when I took out my liscense threw it into the dropbox and gave her the evil eye. Very Rude! Does Designer Drugs really want this person to be a face of their business? I should hope not!

If you have money to throw away and enjoy being consistently treated with disdain, then this is the Pharmacy for you! Their prices for compounded scripts are more than Double the price for HRT of other places. Not only that, the the Pharmacist that works up front behind the counter clearly doesn't enjoy her job. The owner will tell you that he will honor his competitors pricing but when you actually call to get it filled you are told "We don't do that!". I guess they make enough money that they don't want mine, so I pulled all of my scripts and taken them to a place that actually acts like they are happy to have my business.

My first rx filled here today and will probably be my last. The female at the drive through has an attitude problem and doesn't need to be working with the public. I'll go where people actually appreciate your business and thank you when you are paying a very high price for medication.

August 2018 I was traveling a great distance, in a tight time frame, to Cool Springs MD in Chattanooga. I had a doctor's appointment in Nashville in the morning and departed Nashville as soon as I was finished, but realized en route to Chattanooga that I would just make my Cool Springs MD 1:30 appointment time. Cool Springs MD had let me know in a phone call earlier in the day that I would need to visit Designer Drugs prior to my Cool Springs MD appointment to pick up the prescription necessary for my medical treatment. Since I was driving, I had my mother call Designer Drugs and ask if we could monetarily compensate an employee at Designer Drugs to deliver my prescription to Cool Springs, MD to save me the extra step (time) that it would take me to pick up the prescription. My mother spoke to Adam, a pharmacist at Designer Drugs, who not only refused to accept any payment from us, but took time from his lunch break, got in his car, and generously delivered my prescription to Cool Springs MD. When I called later to thank him he was extremely gracious about it, and only kept repeating that he was glad to help me, and happy that I got the the medical help I needed at Cool Springs, MD. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and when Cassandra came on the telephone and I expressed my gratitude for Adam's above and beyond response to my need, she also expressed that she was just glad that Designer Drugs was able to help me. It was a unique situation, and I am not sharing it to encourage patients of Cool Springs, MD to not pick their prescriptions up prior to their appointments, but I do want to let future Designer Drugs customers know that an amazing employee, Adam, is part of the team serving them. Thank you!

I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and have always been 100% pleased. I have to have my prescription sent to me as I no longer live in the area. They are fast, friendly, and very competent.
